After 3 attempts and 2 payments of $375 being cancelled, I tried reaching out over the phone once more. There is no phone number for the service allows you to speak, person-to-person, with a human being. That being said, the extra star is there because they might be alright at therapy. They just come off as greedy and cold before you get in the door. P.S. The aforementioned "door" is metaphorical as they are still Tele-health only.
