RACIST workers, and horrible customer service. They use foul racist, language. Please check google and yelp reviews before going to this place. Worst experience ever... Came in for an inspection, they took the money(cash), stated the receipt machine was down, failed the inspection, then pretended we never gave them the money, once we came back a couple days later for the re inspection, they stated they don't want to reinspect unless we pay again. Now have to waist time trying to get our money back. Bunch of thieves, and location is dirty and rat infested. read more

The management here is highly unprofessional and does not follow fire regulations by the state. I came here to fill my tank as they are on the way to my friends house. The pump began spilling gas before my tank gauge indicated that it was full. I informed the gas attendant. He came out and told me that "there was something wrong with my gauge" So I go to my dealership to see whats wrong. They tell me after a two hour inspection(during my work day) that there is "nothing wrong with my car." I call the manager to let her know that theres possibly something wrong with her gas pump. She denies it and hangs up on me. I have been going here for years. Not wasting my time here anymore. This is the thanks I get for spending my work hours to inform them of their possible fire hazard. read more

What a bunch of absolute shady scammers. When I was paying for a tank of gas, a hundred dollar charge showed up on my phone. ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a $30 tank of gas. I went into the station and someone in the station sort of lackadaisically handed me some business card for a number that just turned out to be the one for the station. No concern for an unhappy customer. I was put on the phone with someone who was never identified and told it was a hundred dollar hold. For gas. WHY???????????????? Whoever I spoke to said the $100 was like the hold they put on a hotel bill. A gas station is not a hotel. Gross scammers. AVOID AVOID AVOID. read more

Rude and unprofessional staff. I would not recommend this space as their customer service is poor. They overcharge and do the bare minimum on servicing your car. It is easily accessible to the RMV to get an inspection done.. but I would recommend going elsewhere. read more

My tinte are very much legal and I pulled in for an inspection and mechanic let me know that he could tell my tinte were too dark and we don't need to waste our time. He just walked away from me. He lady was very rude Gloria I think was her name I witness her yell at a old couple who has trouble walking and she was telling them hurry I'm very busy and was berating them it made me very uncomfortable when it was my turn our car is a 2022 Jeep Cherokee with 125 miles we just bought it ,she told me that she passed it but there is alot of play in the front we immediately took back to where we bought it where after 4 hours we were told that she lied to us and after several master mechanics told us was safe and the lady wasn't right . This used to be my go to gas station/mechanic. I've been a long time customer for years. Recently I've had to repair a few tires and things were going well until their old mechanic (John) left. They hired a great new mechanic, but the guy is swamped everyday. I've been going for the past month almost every other day to try and fix my tire. Someone always ends up taking my place in line and I have to wait more time only to not get seen. Last week I asked to fix the tire and someone (the boss's family I'm not sure but he worked there) told me to wait that he'd help me while I literally watched him wash his face and get into his car and leave. I finally decided to complain to the boss. He was completely rude. I explained to him the situation and he proceeded to tell me this is the new policy. "Inspection takes priority" I suggested he change that policy and do first come first serve. He told me that I should try another place and to have a nice day. If he can't take a simple suggestion, I can see why the other mechanic left. read more

Do not use your debit card at this gas station. They have very low gas prices. When I used my debit card to get $34.00 worth of fuel, they deduction $100.00 from my account. When I went back to find out what the deal was, I was told that this is what they do to "pre-approve" my debit card...what??? After I returned home, the money had been put back into my account. I have a feeling if I didn't notice it, it would not have been returned. I will NEVER go back to this station and if I do, it will be with CASH ONLY! Beware. read more

This is a family run nice clean gas station. You can exit the station on south at an get a light that makes it very easy to to go back up the street to JP. I bring my car here for inspections every year. The people I see picking up their car from having repair all seem to be "regulars" and pleased with the work. If I can give them no stars I would, I went in for an inspection sticker John who drove my car to get the inspection done was reckless and careless with my car. I was parked facing the fence and he got in the car backed up with such force that a part in the car snapped let me not forget to mention that he didn't even bother putting down the emergency brake. So I tell them they need to take care of it so George comes out and says "don't worry about it" so I said ok. Also I want to make it clear that we never discussed prices and never did I say I was going to pay for something they broke for being reckless. So now the car is fixed and they give me a bill of almost $300 not even half but for the full price so I tell them that I shouldn't have to be responsible because it broke in their care, so they knock down 70 bucks and I said no. So now at this point I have John and George screaming at me saying that I said I was going to pay that I should pay and I said no I came here with a working car and you broke it, so I try to get away from them to pay for the inspection sticker and that's all I pay for. Then this lady comes out I'm guessing she's the boss or the boss's wife IDK but she comes out of nowhere yelling and swearing at me saying she is going to take me to court!!!!!!!!!!!! So I said ok and asked her for a copy of the paper that shows what was done to the car and she refused so at this point I get in my car and call the police I do not like confrontation and I was already having a difficult time with the verbal abuse I was receiving from these people. So 2 police officers come and they get me a copy of this paper which a was grateful for and I also want to put out there that one of the police officers said that she's been called there before because they are difficult to deal with I'm surprised that there aren't any reviews here on how bad they are with their customers when something goes wrong I'm sure they are nice when things go right but it's when it's not so right when it should count! But anyway they took me to court and we requested a mediator, from the moment we walked in the room they start lying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so upset and said that I will take my chances with the judge but she began saying that the best thing is to come to an agreement so I offered to pay the $70 which was the labor that they originally knocked down from the bill the day of the incident but they refused my offer. So because we didn't agree she spoke to us separately and basically told me that there's a good chance that I would lose the case because it's based on my emotions and so forth but I didn't agree but because I'm not a confrontational person and it's hard for me to go in front of people and telling them what happened I felt like maybe there's a chance that I wouldn't win so I agreed to the 100 dollars. Maybe if I was more prepared and knew what I needed to win I would have gone in front of the judge and would have won but it didn't happen that way but I will never go there again and I've learned a lesson. Please beware of these people! They lie to make themselves look good and rip you off! So disgusted with them! read more

Actually, They will deduct $100 dollars to PREAPPROVE YOU for a FILL UP! How do you expect the pump to fill up your car if you 30, 40 bucks in your card for example?? All gas stations do this and the money automatically goes back into your card in the next 24-48 hours. They have very low prices and the customer service is EXCELLENT! read more
