I wanted to surprise my mom with a spring cleaning of her house, so I sent out a few quotes. Yesenia responded quickly with a great rate, so I booked her. Yesenia charges by the hour, which is nice. Some companies force you to choose specific cleaning packages, but they didn't fit what I needed. I was mainly looking for floors/vacuuming, dusting, a sprucing of the bathrooms, and a fridge clean. She arrived on time and I gave her a walkthrough of the space. She was professional and courteous, and shared with me that she enjoys the process of cleaning (I'm so glad there are people in the world like that lol). I was not in a rush so I told her to take all the time she wanted, including if she needed a break or some water. Almost SEVEN HOURS LATER she finished. (It's a large house - 3 floors, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.) Wow! She really got into it and wanted to do a good job...and it showed. You should have seen how filled that vacuum cleaner was - and this was a "clean" place already! I don't think she even took a break.
