The gent at the front desk didn't look like he'd be good at customer service but he did a nice job not only acknowledging my platinum status but getting us an upgraded room. The two room suite was very large and in good shape in general but the bathroom needs an upgrade. The tub was very dingy and the sink faucet felt like it was falling apart. The AC worked well on this hot day. The breakfast was below par for a RI property. It was lacking many of the basics. Overall a mixed experience -more like a 3.5 but the value pushed the rating higher.

Then we need it this night but nothing was offered at this bnb. :/ Still, the hosts were kind to let us in late (10pm) and take us up to our warm family suite. It was a bit warm but nothing we can't handle. We were able to rest up a bit in the living room before checking out at 11. Breakfast was decent- waffles and eggs with sausage. It would be nice to have a side of fruit bowl or more drink options but we did have their scones and they were delicious. I would definitely return if we are ever in the area again. If only we live much closer too!

Located next door to an Applebee's and a flight museum and directly across the street from FargoDome and North Dakota State University, this Homewood Suites was superbly accommodating in brutal winter weather. While the temps exceeded -30 degrees Fahrenheit on a few occasions during both stays, there was never an issue with either heating, comfort, or cleanliness. In addition, the employees were absolutely fabulous, to include the ones that snowplowed the parking lot almost immediately after a couple of winter storms ceased. Breakfast, in my humble opinion, was reasonable. It met the expectations of breakfast standards that I've had at various other Homewood properties, yet could've better. It was okay. While I missed the daily manager's reception, I heard that it was good as usual with one beer & wine choice, pasta, salad, etc. There is parking on three sides of the building, I didn't have an issue with the Applebee's crowd parking in any of the nearby spaces. The only issue (if you could call it one) that I had with the property was its elevator placement. There seemed to be two that were placed within the rear of the building that had confusing locations as to where the elevator stopped when staying on a top floor. It took me a day to get used to, yet I made it work. No issues with the large suite. No paper thin walls, no water pressure issues, and a super comfortable bed. Will certainly return!

If you have an "interior" room, you have a cute little patio and a view of the courtyard. Breakfast was great and with plenty of space to sit and enjoy your morning. The hot tubs were fantastic and there were multiple, so you're not up in everyone's business. The only complaint I have is that there was no a/c, so it did get quite warm in the room.

The whole building felt like it was out of the late 70s or early 80s. The room had a brown and orange theme, along with a relatively small TV. The bed was very squeaky, but the biggest issue was the fridge. I specifically booked the room to chill some water. Both the fridge and microwave were at least 20 years old and the fridge didn't work. There were even wires hanging out of the back, as if someone started fixing it and gave up halfway through. That might be an electrical hazard. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I expect better from a Wyndham establishment.

After a long day on the road we stopped at another hotel where we were called at 1:30 am by the hotel demanding to know where we were.... They had changed the reservation but didn't get rid of the old one. After 20 min on the phone and giving them the new confirmation number, The desk person was finally convinced. This place is a dump! Should have looked at yelp beforehand, tons of negative reviews, I suspect this review will last a very short while. There was scum on the sides of the spa, and everything just looked dirty and rundown. We booked for a week, but the key cards don't work more than a day and have to be reset. House cleaning took used towels but never replaced them. Beds were not remade. Coffee was not replaced, and breakfast consisted of waffle maker, fruit loops, raisin bran, and a handfull of mini muffins. Went to check out and they charged a no show, had to go back in and have it taken off. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
