The whole building felt like it was out of the late 70s or early 80s. The room had a brown and orange theme, along with a relatively small TV. The bed was very squeaky, but the biggest issue was the fridge. I specifically booked the room to chill some water. Both the fridge and microwave were at least 20 years old and the fridge didn't work. There were even wires hanging out of the back, as if someone started fixing it and gave up halfway through. That might be an electrical hazard. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I expect better from a Wyndham establishment.

After a long day on the road we stopped at another hotel where we were called at 1:30 am by the hotel demanding to know where we were.... Have stayed there 3 years in a row while pheasant hunting in North Dakota and they make me want to come back every year. I dont get the homemade breakfast because I get up so early to hunt, but they put out breakfast anyway for me. Quiche, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, oatmeal, coffee cake are all seen at the breakfast table waiting for me. Make sure to ask Stephy to make her quiche because its delicious. There is a very nice living room to have a glass of wine and enjoy a movie or read a book. The rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. If you are in town for huting they have a place to clean your birds and plenty of room in the freezer to store them. An excellent bonus is that its close to bars in downtown Lisbon, so if you have one too many its an easy walk home. I have tried two other places to stay in Ransom Country and as far as Im concerned this is the only place to stay. Pro Tip: Ask John to take you to the Walleye honey hole on his farm to catch huge fish.
