I was super nervous since it's permanent but I trusted her work and skill and I'm so glad I did. I got nano combination brows, meaning a natural look, hair like strokes in the front and gentle shading at the tail, all using a handheld tattoo machine. My skin is super oily so microblading would not have worked, it would have looked smeared and not lasted nearly as long. I wanted them full but not obvious. I have very little natural brow hair so I was so scared of how it would end up looking. She did a fantastic job! It did hurt at the beginning but after the numbing solution started working it was a breeze. You get the brows done, then have a touch up in 4-8 weeks to fill in anything that didn't heal perfectly. You have to follow their instruction sheet to get the results you want, but it's super easy. The salon, Nady B's was bright and beautiful, but a bit crowded together and loud. I do wish there were private rooms or partitions, so you weren't getting serviced in the middle of a busy room, especially since the service is $350+, which includes a touch up. I would recommend anyone get their brows( or amazing henna, she is truly an artist!) done by Noor. She was wonderful and I am very, very happy with these awesome brows that look so perfect.

For curly/wavy girlies just spend money in an actual textured professional, especially if you have…read moreany important event coming up. This is a review from last month a week before my wedding. I made an appointment with her for time reasons trusting her instagram posts. On arrival to the appointment I showed her a previous cut for reference and I told her I wanted a short framing in the front and bangs. The appointment went ok, the chat was pleasant. She did a wet cut which is ok and as soon as she was done she did a blow dry to my hair without showing me my hair length or shape BEFORE stylizing my hair. I was ok with that since I showed her a reference picture and I was trusting her skills. I had to keep asking to do my bangs shorter since she kept leaving them too long but she did. Once the appointment was done she showed me the back of my hair with a mirror and with the blow dry she did it looked good but I definitely couldn't tell about the actual shape since she styled it and I decided to trust the process. The next day after washing and doing my hair normally I did notice that the framing I asked for was not symmetrical and some of my clumps looked extremely uneven/flimsy; along with realizing that the back looked like it had a straight cut so I panicked because I had my wedding coming up next week and my hair turned out not how I asked. Uppon realizing that I send her a text asking if she does corrections/adjustments for previous haircuts and then I proceeded to sent her images via Instagram going into detail, I asked if she could squeeze me before or after her scheduled appointments but she took about 22-23 hrs to respond and her response was telling me that I could've said something when I was still on the chair and that she will not give me a full haircut (I never asked ask for a full haircut, I just wanted corrections about framing and the general shape if possible). Her response came out as unprofessional and entitled in my opinion which left me absolutely no desire to come back. A couple minutes after she sent some other messages with a less rude demeanor but after the initial "you could've said something here" and the unnecessary "and I won't be giving you a full haircut" I wasn't feeling like trusting her with my hair. I will leave the screenshot and images for reference to be transparent. It definitely seems like she got offended somehow even when the haircut she gave me looks nothing like what I asked. Seems like the problem to her is that I trusted her skills and I didn't micromanaged the haircut. Leaving 2 starts because the service was ok, she definitely knows how to cut hair, but for experienced curly/wavy girlies I would advice to skip the service and go to an specialist. You do get what you pay for when it comes to textured hair.

I then went to my regular stylist (who is a licenced cosmologist) afterwards to try and get my blending problem fixed. I asked her what I was doing wrong because I couldn't keep the tracks covered well and she said there wasn't enough of my natural hair left out on top and the only thing to do would be to take it out completely and have it redone. I was ok with that and then inquired about getting the extensions redyed because they were like 5 shades lighter than my natural hair and she said they were completely fried and there was nothing she could do to fix the color. This was all the day before my wedding so I paid for 2 sets of extensions and 2 installs because I was so afraid of going back to the person who messed up my extensions to try and let them fix it....you know, because it's the day before my WEDDING and if she messed them up a second time I might not have time to go back to my regular stylist to get it fixed. It was a nightmare and a refund was refused because I didn't let her try and fix it before I went somewhere else soooo I paid about $350 (plus tip) twice in one day (I had to buy 2 sets of hair because the set she tried to dye was ruined with the hair dye) AND had to go through the extreme discomfort of getting extensions put in twice.
