After years of seeing different doctors, no one had ever suggested it. It was only after a random conversation at a conference that I decided to explore it -- and honestly, I wish I had known sooner. My quality of life could have been so much better. From the moment you walk in, the office feels welcoming and well-run. The front desk team, including Lanisha, guides you through the process with warmth and professionalism. When I first started, they asked me to rate my pain, and I was at a miserable 9 out of 10. I began care with Dr. John Rotundo, who is kind, thoughtful, and excellent at what he does. I have also seen Dr. Michael Gazaleh and Dr. William Magill, and each of them has been incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. I always feel like I am in capable hands. The stretching sessions with Kaya are also amazing and add another layer of relief and support. By the end of each session, my pain often drops from a 9 to about a 2. That kind of relief is hard to describe unless you have been living with chronic discomfort. I also did not realize chiropractic care could be helpful beyond carpal tunnel, including for issues like migraines and sinus discomfort. Even though my insurance does not cover all of my sessions, I plan to continue coming here out of pocket. The relief, care, and overall experience are absolutely worth it.
