With their 100+ point inspection and detail (the owner said they just look for dirt/mud) they didn't notice paint on windows, trim, tire, lights. The paint color didn't even match and it was painted on dirt which caused obvious bumps. This place is ridiculous, lying to cover things up, claiming that nobody noticed the paint/damage to the door and side panel as the car sat on their lot 104 days! If they had any respect for a customer they would have let us know considering we were driving 4 hours each way with 3 little kids. They are a horrible company, and the owners excuse was that the vehicle is 3 years old. We were promised a honda certified shop would make repairs so we could purchase vehicle and they would deliver it. Owner Pat Kelly who I spoke with Tuesday (after they didn't call Monday like they promised) decided that a local shop could get close enough to original the color so it would not be fixed by honda certified shop. Honda odyssey is still for sale without disclosing damage or repainting for the same price. Save your gas, time, and sanity. These people will do anything to hide problems and screw you over.

They even sold my old truck while I still had a loan on it and was making payments. Less than a month after getting my new truck, it started having transmission problems that make it undriveable. I've been calling, texting, and even going in person to get an update or solution, but no luck. Now, my family and I are paying for a useless car. You can't even drive it around the corner without it kicking hard like a mule, feeling like you've been rear-ended because of the bad shifting. They haven't offered my family or me any solution, just kept promising they'd look into it, but they haven't done anything. Keep in mind, the issues started less than a month later, and I haven't even driven it much because of the bad transmission. I highly recommend people go somewhere else and save themselves the headache of dealing with this dealer. I came here because I heard good things, but I guess that's a myth with how they handle things. My family and I have had to make do with my little sedan since they won't even offer a loaner truck.
