This firm went from exceptional to completely unprofessional overnight…read more I stayed with them for years solely because of Sam, who provided outstanding service. After the ownership change, it's clear that level of care is gone. What replaced it is a rigid, impersonal system that treats clients like transactions rather than relationships. They failed to notify clients of a major policy change regarding tax extensions until just days before the deadline--putting me at risk of non-compliance. When I raised concerns, their response was essentially: "This is our policy now, and if you don't like it, go somewhere else." No accountability. No attempt to fix the situation. No access to leadership. Just scripted responses from a support team. For a firm that benefited from years of loyalty and referrals, this is an incredibly poor way to treat clients. Avoid. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER : Your response proves my point. After years of automatically handling my extensions, you changed the process right before a deadline, offered no real support, and told me to pay $240 or figure it out myself. Had I not followed up, I could have been penalized -- and now you're trying to turn it around and frame it as my fault by calling me "not engaged." After years of loyalty and referrals, this wasn't a transition -- it was a downgrade to a transactional model.

What the feng? This lady puts the shui in my life's feng shui. I've used previous feng shui…read moreconsultants before her but she was the one who resonated with me the most. The amount of time that she takes to analyze and speak to you about your life and goals are priceless beads of information that she will discuss in your consulatation. Since I consulted with Sasha Lee in 2015 for my parents' home, she mirrored a lot of my concerns about that house. We set up a plan of action then that got me results, so when I changed residence, I knew I needed to consult with her again. She brought Finola with her again (on a crazy rainy and windy day!!) and they analyzed my home...asked me what my goals were and what problems may occur...and gave suggestions. Listening to these wonderful ladies and their suggestions, kept my head busy as far as the short term and long term goals and plans. Don't get me wrong, there is no magic wand that can zap away life's issues. However, if there was some sort of insight you could receive in improving your life's circumstances, why not try feng shui? There are some things you'd have to invest in such as self motivation, being open minded, time, money, and patience to see results. But if you're looking to try classical feng shui...because there is a difference between Western and Classical and I have tried both (I'd go with Classical personally), do an in person consult with her. I have tried to wing it myself and she pointed out on our very first meeting that I probably had a rough month since I placed my fountain in the wrong area...she was right. =) Sometimes there are things in life you can't change and other things you can. Why not change the things that you have control over?

I was first referred to Sasha back in January of 2017 upon the recommendation of my acupuncturist…read more I was in a life transition, nothing seemed to be working out, I felt blocked. I scheduled an appointment with Sasha for BaZi, Chinese astrology. The session was not only eye opening, but confirmed some things I suspected about myself. She gave me information about my past, my future path, characteristics unique to me, areas to focus on, and more. I found her to be approachable and extremely knowledgeable about BaZi and Feng Shui as well. She gave me "homework", which I followed diligently! To say that it was life changing would be an understatement! Months later, I was finding that my apartment just did not feel right. Something was off, some things dissatisfying. So I called Sasha to schedule a classical Feng Shui session. She now only worked with what she knew about me from our BaZi session, but did Feng Shui on my apartment itself, and it revealed amazing information about where I live. As it turns out, it is a great place for me to be. She spent 3 hours with me, focusing on auspicious areas and how to best use them for their intended Feng Shui purposes. I received concrete and user-friendly ideas on furniture placement , decorating, and how to maximize the potential I have here. I have found Sasha to be an expert in her field, and an incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic practitioner. She is so friendly and approachable, and I have the utmost respect for her. I see how diligent her practice is, and how much she loves what she does. I look forward to working with her every year!

This company is one of THE most disorganized and unprofessional organizations I've ever had the displeasure of working with. They have NO time for their clients. They are only interested in woking with clients who need NO and I mean NO personal connection. And if you did want to have a meeting to discuss your taxes they would charge $750+ for a consult. They clearly do not have enough accountants to meet their client's needs. Much of their correspondence was confusing and redundant leaving you confused and distrusting of their business practices. Due to the poor service, late filings, and costly errors, we began looking for a new accounting firm. Just shortly thereafter, we received an email in LATE December they are letting us go along with 300+ other clients. Our accountant did not even have the respect to contact us directly to let us know, we had to learn of this through EMAIL! No thank you for 8 years of using them. In the end, we are relieved to leave BPM and to be working with another firm who values the business relationship and has integrity in looking after our companies financial needs.

Overall, working with Phuong was straightforward. After agreeing on an estimated cost, Phuong invited me to a secure portal to upload all of my documents. Alongside, Phuong provided a checklist to help guide all of the files/info that you should consider uploading. This was very efficient and helped expedite the process.
