When I originally moved in the manager had to mindlessly wander through 2 offices to find a manilla envelope with my information (and check) just sitting out on a filing cabinet. When asked to remove these charges, the property managers said they would make it happen. We are about to ask for the fourth time over the course of a month with no action actually being taken. At this point I may even have to deal with late fees on a previously paid charge. She demonstrated a deep understanding of area property trends, commenting on the length of time properties were on the market, their asking price, and what the owner would be likely to accept as an offer. It quickly became obvious to me that her ability to assess properties was an invaluable asset for my search. In addition to the houses on her list, I asked her to set up a showing of a house that I found myself, as it was being sold directly by the owner, and she did.
