Before choosing a Driving Test school, I had read so many Yelp reviews & chose based on a few criteria: must have good feedback on safety, ease of scheduling, response to inquiries & convenience. I chose Alert Driving School because of these. I've been driving both manual and automatic transmissions for almost two decades outside the US & had an International Driver's license a few years back. Still, I was nervous because of the different rules and laws, and language. Scheduling was very easy on their website. When I inquired on their FB page, the response was prompt especially since I arrived too early. Keith was very professional and courteous despite my anxiety. And he was also very understanding of the language barrier and gave instructions that were clear and simple. Nonetheless, Keith was very firm about following rules & emphasized how they related to Road Safety. When the test ended, he made sure to point out areas (pardon the pun) where I needed correction, and how I can improve on them. Just took my son for his driving test about 3 weeks ago, and he passed and just received his picture license today! Yay! Keith was his proctor, and my son reported he was fair, firm, and detailed in his instructions on what was expected. My son also said he welcomed questions, and shared some tips during the test. He spent significant time with my son after the test was over, and after my son waved his certificate in the air, Keith came over and greeted me warmly, and discussed the experience with me. I normally don't write reviews or leave comments because I feel a bit shy. But this time I wanted to. I took the test with Keith, and he was the most patient and calm person I've ever met. He explained everything so clearly and I was able to understand even though my english isn't that good. He explained what kind of mistakes I made and what to look after. Alert Driving School is THE best place to schedule your road test. Keith Lee is very patient and calm. He helped guide me through every part of the test and made sure I remained calm.
