Paul was the high bidder on our family home at a real estate auction in June 2025. Paul and his…read morepartner signed the agreement and we received a deposit check from his partner on auction day and were to close within 45 days. The check did not clear and despite the countless promises to our lawyer to get the funds available, after the 45 days and no money our lawyer cancelled the contract. Paul refused to speak with anyone from the attorneys office and passed all phone and email messages to his partner. Very poor and distasteful handling of this process by Paul. I would recommend being very cautious of dealing with him and his real estate company.
