The Moss Boss - We care for our home... see that lifted shingle? They only spray down when cleaning moss... apparently not here.

Before they started they covered all my plants with tarps. They left my house looking immaculate. We will use this company every time from now on. I can't say enough good things about them.

We had to replace 5 screens destroyed by the pressure washers. When I pointed it out, there was immediate non-responsibility. They had problems with their equipment, their pressure washers wouldn't start, one had to be repaired with some kind of quick epoxy that really needed 6 hours to cure, but was apparently ok after 10 minutes. Pay attention! They preferred cash, so we paid them in cash. Then we started walking around the house and immediately in the backyard all you could smell was gasoline. Trying to identify the gasoline smell took some time, but finally found the pool in the grass. Black and greasy... it had sat there leaking for a while, then ran the natural grade of the backyard. Look it up, there is absolutely nothing you can do with gasoline saturated grass. Our home is immaculately maintained. We wouldn't have screens in this condition for even 1 day, and so we had to go buy screening materials and replace them. The wood around the garage door in the back was totally gouged. I'm really disappointed. It was an expensive mistake. There is nothing that they can do to repair the damage done to the grass. It's just going to take time, with care and attention. There's no way we can sell now, with that 10 foot eye sore in the backyard. So sad. Pay attention!

Burgan Home Services - This CDA property had one heck of a hillside. They contacted us to come build stairs to help get the groceries down in one piece!

I'm not a reviewer. I generally think if you provide me a service and I pay for that service then…read morewe're good. But sometimes there's something extra provided that needs some fanfare. So this is my story, in the fall of '23 I moved from North Carolina to Spokane. I purchased a twenty year old house that still had the original paint on the walls. And senior citizens had lived in it all that time, so it kinda looked like it was from the 80s. Being the HGTV fan that I am, I needed a handyman and a paint brush. So I went to the internet. I found Burgan Home Services, Brandon asked questions about what I needed and suggested Jake would be a good fit for my needs. Over the next six months, Jake renovated the second kitchen, moved walls and doors, ripped up 20 year old carpet and taught me how to install LVP. He was great. BTW, I only scheduled him a couple of days a week because I wanted to do some of the work myself. He could have gotten it done faster without me as his helper. I had saved the renovation of the 3 bathrooms for the last project. Brandon came over and wrote up an estimate and I had sticker shock. So I went back to the internet and found another contractor for a quote, and second guy was significantly lower (and more in line with east coast prices). So yeah, I signed a contract with the second contractor. Significantly less, remember. What a significantly huge mistake, second guy talked a good game but I think he was watching YouTube videos in my bathroom. Trying to figure out how to fix my bathroom. Plus asking for money without making any progress. Then he quit coming at all. Fast forward to now and we get to the something special. I called Burgan Home Services and talked with Stacy (she's the scheduler). I just wanted some guidance on what to do. Brandon came to my house the same day. He expressed his sympathy for my situation and pledged to help me navigate through whatever recourse I have with the YouTube watching contractor. Burgan Home Services will be finishing the bathrooms. I highly recommend them, their work and their customer service. They have my loyalty and will always be my go to contractor/handyman.

i don't want to get into argument over the poor deck staining job by Burgans…read more Brandon claimed our deck needed to be replaced when in fact it was only 5 years old and had been protected once since then the siding on the house was stripped from overspray from power washing and left that way Although Brandon is a really nice guy ti talk to he wil bev concede he was wrong and as is evident from other reviews blames the customer these reviews would not have been posted had he of tried to remember that the customer is always right my deck was not neglected unless deeding fresh stain is neglect so
