The seafood pasta was filled with fresh fruits de mer. There were local shrimp, fresh mussels, scallops and a local fish I never got the name of, on top of fresh linguini with a creamy red sauce. After dinner we moved to one of the deep, plush sofas that looked out onto the street to enjoy digestifs and people watch. There is a gorgeous bar, and there's dancing. In the summer they have the occasional lingerie show. I'd definitely go back.

It's not the cheapest place around Palavas Casino but it's definitely one of the best value for money and high quality food you'll find in this tiny area (I have been trying pretty much all restaurants around). The owner is very friendly. He'll play guitar and jam with customers, especially in evenings. A big plus for razor clams "plancha" (pan fried with garlic, herbs and olive oil).
