The place is clean and if you value a more quiet atmosphere without a lot of people than this is the place for you. They also have a lot of the amenities. The reason for the four stars is due to the size to some degree along with some lack of equipment, but I say that being critical. as an airline pilot staying right across the street at a hotel this place is perfect. Again I am being a tad critical because I am more of a commercial gym guy, but this place is great. Especially if you like a less busy gym atmosphere. Day passes are $20 bucks. Not to sure about membership prices.

I didn't even come close to using all the available equipment. The staff was friendly and made the guest process easy. I took a women's group strength class with Jess, who was super kind, checked in on my knee injury, and offered mods when needed. Overall, solid workout. Not easy, not killer, just right down the middle. I'll be honest though... I was fully distracted by a personal trainer on the side absolutely wrecking her clients. Like hi, I want THAT workout. Clean bathrooms, booked easily on ClassPass, and I spotted Hyrox signs which got me excited. There's also a physical therapy biz inside, and both seemed busy, so clearly something's working. The vibe felt a little more quiet and low key than my usual energy, but I can see the community is there. All in, a solid 4 stars. Not rushing back, but I'd try another class... and maybe sneak into one of those savage one on one sessions next time.

Never worked out, but their stuff is all old as heck it's currently like half built there unfinished framing and the door seems to be broken because it won't open unless some tool from inside decided to interrupt his precious workout to actually help. Hopefully this spot goes out of business so they realize maybe putting in some work to be an actual employee or owner could have helped in the slightest of ways to maybe um idk enjoy your experience there slightly.
