As far as Aldi's goes, it's Aldi's , but the vibe is way off. There is no sense of holiday spirit, those cinnamon witch, I mean Santa broom smells are absent and so is the fresh green stuff. The holiday aisle was nothing but some food. This is not a holiday this year, this is a funeral and it feels it when you're out and about. Aldi?????? Are you part of this problem????? Store is clean and decent stock. Checkout lines can get pretty excessive. Produce is usually pretty decent, although I've had many salads go bad too quickly. read more

Waited in parking lot for an hour for this store to open wanting to buy salmon but they were out. Seems to be a pretty regular thing to be out of items. I'll just pay a little extra and go to Publix for earlier hours and good stock for now on. read more

Great prices and selections, however with the recent shortage couldn't find some of my staples. Can't beat the prices.large private lot for parking. read more

This store is amazing. Now keep in mind their low prices will make it difficult to find what you need sometimes, and you have to get used to their style of grocery store. They make it affordable because they don't do what most chain grocery stores do. They only carry very specific items, you have to bag your own groceries, you "rent" the cart by putting a quarter in the cart, but you get it back at the end when you're done with it. They also don't have like 10 brands of the same item over and over again like in most stores, so it's either generic or one type of name brand. They also make organic and healthy food affordable, if you are trying to live a more healthy lifestyle. Which was a big plus for me. If you can handle all these abnormal things, then you'll love ALDI as much as I do and the thousands more people that frequent this store and all the other ALDIs across the US. read more

Today was muuuuchhhhh better thanks to Jacob checking me out. He was friendly and genuinely cares about his job. Great selection of fun things for me to try. Ribs were $1.99 a pound, so I'll be able to feed my family for only $9. I love the pizza selections, and the German chocolate never fails to be delicious. read more

It's always fun to watch the cashiers scan and throw your groceries in the cart as if it's a slam dunk contest. They are always friendly and make conversation. So glad we finally have a store here in Yulee! read more

I stopped in here to go use the bathroom and then when I was sitting on the toilet doing my business minding my own business, I saw that there was a camera in the bathroom. I ran straight out of Aldis and ran to my car embarrassed that my body was may be recorded. other than that employees are very nice and the food prices are good for someone that's on budget. They have very good healthy foods there in the service is great. read more

Shopped at Aldi for years while residing in the Midwest. There, the stores were utilitarian and I mean PLAIN, the selection of dried fruits and nuts was crazy awesome (so you could formulate your own trail mixes), the fresh produce was questionable, and the milk/ dairy/ eggs were cheap. Nonetheless the item selection was "European kitschy" and fun to shop Aldi on a limited basis. I was excited when Aldi opened here. IT IS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT ANIMAL. The decor is quantumly more upscale relative to the Midwest venues, the fresh produce (most ios locally sourced) is as good as anywhere in the Fernandina/ Yulee area, and the dried fruits/ nuts section is now sparse while maintaining Aldi kitsch, efficiency and pricing structure. We are now regular Aldi patrons. I'm going the right now to get some "Thank You Cherry Much" ice cream - It's good enough that I will NEVER buy B&J's "Cherry Garcia" again. Great job Aldi. read more

Life lesson: Don't expect great customer service from companies that don't have a customer service phone number. I purchased a non-perishable item at Aldi's in Yulee, Florida that went on sale the next day. A few days later, I attempted to return the unused item, with the receipt, in the unopened box. I was told by the assistant manager that Aldi's refunds the sale price, not the original price. I asked to speak the manager, I was refused. When I wouldn't leave, the manager appeared and repeated the policy. She stated that she just had verified the policy with the district manager. I filed a written complaint with Aldi's customer service, (no phone number). I was assured that this is not Aldi's policy. In fact, it's illegal. Apparently, the assistant manager, store manager and the district manager don't know the return policy, never mind the law. This was my first and last Aldi's experience. In the future, I will take my business to Walmart. At least Walmart has a phone number. read more

I stop at Aldi first for my grocery shopping. The products that they sell may not be the name brands, but they will compare well with the name brands. The prices are much lower than the other grocery stores. If I can not find an item at Aldi I will shop at one of the other stores. The majority of my groceries are purchased here at Aldi. read more

I see why they can offer such low pricing on products. They don't pay for cleaning, customer service training, employee smiles/greetings, disinfectant wipes at entry, trash pick up and many other "standard" practices even Walmart does. The coldness of every employee at the Yulee store makes me believe it's a requirement to be hired there. I've never been in another grocery store that looked so unkempt. The rain soaked trash in the parking lot and especially the cart storage area is mind boggling. The way they so lovingly THROW your items back into your cart after checkout is fabulous (it's not, it sucks). Who exactly is running this place and totally fine with the absolute lack of the most minimum effort to be even below average? Walk into Publix for some free customer service and pride training if the company is not willing to provide you any. Bottom line...... this store doesn't deserve to be a part of our amazing community in its current state. read more
