Their animals enjoy large, green pastures, and pigs aerate the soil. The farmers never give the animals any antibiotics, growth hormones, or steroids. Furthermore, the farmers strive to use all parts of the animals so that nothing goes to waste. For example, they use bones to make bone broth, and they share hides to make leather as well as fat to make cosmetics. I have made several purchases from this farm. The ground chicken was a high quality. The slice of ham was large and had a smoky flavor. The duck wings were large, and I appreciate that the farm kindly gave me instructions to properly cook the duck. I also bought a couple of medium-sized pumpkins that were lovely decorations on my front porch.
