Aldi's provides a great source of organic options that are reasonably priced. As a carnivore, I source Aldi's as my go to for grass-fed beef on a budget. Their other organic and clean products are scattered out in the store. So glad we have an Aldi's in this town. read more

I am very happy with Aldi finally coming to statesboro. I love the prices and about 99% of the food. The only thing I did not love was their hamburger chip pickles . I will try again an to see if I can get a better jar. I only have a few issues but nothing major *I wish their store/and or selection of items available was larger. *I'm not a fan of the "rushed" check out process, throwing of the items into the cart with out regard. * I'm not at fan of the cart switching, I lug a lot in purse, list,phones, BAGS!, etc even more when I bring my kids (1 sits in the cart) so far I have been luckily enough to have cashiers see I have kids and not make me switch everything. That ended this weekend, I had my son who sits in the cart with me an our cashier just began throwing items into the other cart an rudely asked for MY cart. I had to stand there UNLOAD everything I brought in with me and switch. This is huge inconvenience for me and anyone waiting behind me. I was very disappointed in this trip to Aldi, first time I had a bad experience since they opened. I'll continue to go but I'll definitely be speaking up if I have my kiddos an asking for my cart to be used. read more

One star because that's as few as allowed. WTF is going on? One cashier. 3 people in front of me with overflowing baskets. I have 2 items. The couple behind me have 4 or 5 items. After 2 full baskets are checked out the single cashier tells the couple BEHIND ME to go to the next register. They let me go first, but there is no cashier. The first cashiers mumbled something so I set my items on the belt. A few minutes later, a cashier wanders over and starts checking me. No wonder Aldi had no phone number or live chat for customer service. You cannot get a phone number for your local store. Product quality. 5 stars. I love Aldi, great prices on decent products and a nice clean store. The checkout lines are always quick; the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the Aldi "nazis", those cashiers who always feel the need to coach you through the entire Aldi checkout process like you're 2 years old. read more

After checkout I remembered that I saw a led lamp coming this week on the store and I asked the first employee there about and she directed me to ask someone else then she said , I'll help you but continues to checkout out people and me waiting for her. Then the next cashier ask me if I need help and I explained her what I'm looking for and can't find it. They both point go look on that isle and I tell them I cannot find thats why I'm asking you and while she is Like ok let's go look more people putting their stuff on the counter and she is keep checking people out and I'm on hold again. So what is the reason you ask me when you don't do anything about to help me or call someone else to help me. They were talking on the headphones between each other and none of them know about this product. Finally the manager comes by and is telling me if is not there that means they either sold out or they don't have it anymore so I asked so where this lamp was displayed if today start the sale and is already out I want to see that and while he was going to check on the system I found it. So my point is they rather say is out to get rid of people and not put the effort to really help you and train your cashiers if they get into a request and even is not their job to help me,let them explain the customer someone else will be with you shortly. And none of them are aware about new stuff coming up. Not even where is displayed. We have never had a problem with employees or finding what we need at this location. I grew up in the Midwest and know what to expect when I shop at Aldi. Yes the workers are expected to be fast at check out , but they are also friendly. When you ask them to open another line , they do it instantly! read more

I just left aldi on December 2nd and had the worst experience of my life in a grocery store thanks to a blonde cashier named catherine. Who was rude and abrasive during my visit, she made me feel unwelcome and made me want to take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed in this aldi. read more

My husband and I both love Aldi but, it is a different grocery shopping experience than most are use to. We have always found a great selection of items however, you are guaranteed to find the same things every time you visit. Their produce is always fresh and they offer many organic options. Their prices are great but you have to do a little of the work for yourself like going to a bagging station to bag your own groceries but the trade off is worth the savings. read more
