Small grocery store with less selection than most, but there is still a lot to take in here and at a great value. A few things to know when at an Aldi, bring your own bags because they do not provide them. Some locations provide empty boxes, but I've yet to see any here. Maybe they run out before I get there. Also, bring a quarter as a deposit to free up a shopping cart. You'll get it back when you're done. They keep a clean and organized store, an impressive feat when considering how few staff they keep on hand.
This is is the only grocer I know of that has imitation Girl Scout cookies, and they're pretty close to the real thing at a fraction of the cost. Yay, Samoans! These fit into my family's budget much nicer. Plus they carry some German and other European goods, branded Deutsche Küche. I've noticed some items are priced higher than average grocery stores to help offset their low-priced items, so watch out for those items and hit up another grocery store when buying things like hot dogs, bratwurst, condiments, Pringles, etc. They even have a small fresh produce and meats area, but selection is pretty limited.
My one complaint is that in their clearance bins we found an incomplete girl's pajama outfit, just the bottoms. We asked for the price, and the manager refused to sell them to us, says they can't sell incomplete items. Never seen that before. Other incomplete and damaged items were in the bins. They should be paying better attention. read more
