There have been times when I get sale items like Neterines for .99 PER LBS or Pears ( on sale only) and they would rot fast. I say to myself for the price what can I expect. As far as the meat I ususally go for the chopped meat on Tuesday for $4.49 I have never had a problem with it but at the same time I wonder am I getting a quality product due to the price? Salmon they usually have a good price on it. Again I've never had a problem with it but since I buy the Atlantic Salmon I like to know where it comes from. When I ask usually the clerk behind the desk doesn't know, then he will go to the back and find out and tell me Canada. ( which is better than chilli) but there is no infomation on the packaging or anything. I've decided to keep safe i will buy Bluehouse which is Salmon grown in man made tanks in Florida from another supplier. The deli Deparment is really good. They have better tasting and better valued deli than most major supermarkets in the area. Overall I really like Perrines. So far the food is real good and you have good values. I'd give it 5 stars if I can find out more info on what I am buying. with Fish and meat, and sale items on produce lasted longer.

After thawing I discovered it was 2 pieces, not one solid piece. Between the 2 pieces was a LARGE piece of fat. Whomever vacuum packed this item did this intentionally because it was obvious. Very disappointing because we wanted one thick piece for the BBQ. I will NOT be purchasing this item again because I typically purchase this item at Whole Foods and have never had this issue. 3. Chicken, all types. very top quality and delicious. 4. You need to be selective on their vegetables and fruit. Some items were dented and wilted. These unsellable items should be removed. 5. I will return in the future but will be highly selective on which items I will be purchasing especially because prices are on the upper end.

The attitude I encountered was rude, dismissive, and openly disrespectful. Instead of the warm, inclusive environment you'd expect from a farmers' market, I was met with behavior that felt biased and exclusionary. It was clear that respect was not extended equally, and that alone is enough to ensure I will never return. A farmers' market should represent community, diversity, and mutual respect. This one failed on all fronts. Until the organizers address how minorities are treated and hold vendors and staff to basic standards of professionalism and decency, I strongly advise others to spend their money elsewhere. Florida has plenty of markets that actually value all people--this is not one of them.

There's a table that's filled with goodies to sample and all of it is carefully displayed to ensure it's fresh and protected - covered and iced down as required a few of the items today was fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juice, pickles, jams and chutney, local honey and more that I'm sure I may have missed. The produce was fresh and displayed in small quantity and all of it was reasonably priced - tomatoes, potatoes, garlic, green beans and yams and more, I'm sure the selection changes often.
