I can't even begin to describe the variety because there is SO much, but the Cajun turkey wings are AMAZING. They're so good that I've literally been trying to figure out exactly what I'm tasting so I can get ChatGPT to help me recreate the recipe at home. And it's definitely not just the turkey wings. I've tried the lamb chops, seafood pasta, carnitas, bourbon chicken and wings, and everything has been excellent. This location isn't particularly close to me, but it's one of those places I have absolutely no problem making the drive to when I'm craving something from the hot bar. If you know, you know.

It's a cool farm that carries fresh eggs, meat, greens, dairy and more and everything is locally sourced and chemical free! B we love and appreciate that! We were greeted so nicely from the crew there! We felt like family! We met the owner and a couple of her sweet kiddos and she was so gracious to share her family story with us! It's inspiring! It's a great farm and it was cool to see the animals roam freely. We enjoyed seeing the kale, chickens and dogs. We are looking forward to returning next weekend!

This location is a decent location. Some annoyances are just a Walmart thing. There are still…read morecrowds and hundreds of registers with no one to work them. Self checkout has bodies in uniforms but no one to direct you to the appropriate machine that accepts your chosen method of payment. Instead, they watch you go from register to register until you find the one you need. You'd think by now they'd label the registers somehow but that would be not only convenient but good customer service so it'll never happen. There's a new annoyance here and that's splitting the same category of item between isles. For example you won't find cans of diced tomatoes and canned tomatoes paste in the same area. Why you may ask? Because the grouping of similar items makes sense. Yeah, I'm done.

The other restaurant also put me on hold so I dropped that call too. Then my phone rang and it was Rosati's! They apologized for the disconnection and asked if I wanted to order. I sure did! They told me 20-25 minutes and I even got a text message confirming the time my pizza would be ready. When I got there my pizza wasn't ready so they apologized and asked me to give them 5-6 more minutes. I went to my car and gave them about 10. I had to wait another couple of minutes when I went back in. but then they came out with a small thin crust plus a medium deep dish! They said something like I had won a deep dish and I was lucky that they had made it with the same toppings of my thin crust. I thanked them several times and went home and enjoyed both my deep dish and thin crust pizzas. I got spinach and garlic. Honestly they put a little too much garlic on it, but it was still really good! Check out Rosati's in Matteson. Great service and great pizza!

I have not been a fan of super stores, as they tend to either get grocery right and everything else…read morewrong, or vice versa. Walmart and Target are two examples of that. Now that I live outside of Chicago proper, I no longer have access to some of the specialty markets and grocery stores I used to frequent. Meijer tends to meet my needs when it comes to grocery, home products, casual clothing, personal care products, and gardening. Two things that stand out the most was their gardening products. I had started gardening, so seeds, plant food, gardening soil, and other gardening items were reasonably priced. Being a pescatarian, there vegetables worked for me. But now that I grow my own, the gardening catalog worked perfectly for me. As to grocery, although there has been spike in grocery prices, they were not as high as I noted at other grocery stores. It helps that I take advantage of coupons, specials, and price reductions thanks to participating in their perks program. This store serves four immediate suburbs, so it tends to get busy on weekends, for sure. I go during the middle of the day when I work from home through the week. I have yet to go and not find what I needed. And because I am a very picky shopper, primarily from the perimeter of the grocery store, I have not been disappointed in what they have.
