The food at Aldi is priced so low. It's so cheap here. They have the best priced eggs out of every grocery store. The place itself is not the nicest, but it doesn't really matter to me. The ringing process is fast I think it may be faster than other grocery stores. Great store to get essentials.

    Big clean aisles.

Very big and clean. Like a mini Costco or BJ's. As other reviewers mentioned they have Aldi brand products. I don't like when I read the label and it says distributed by Aldi. I want to know where my food is made and packaged. Some of their items show where it's made. It's an ok place for low prices but I wouldn't go out of my way to shop there.

Here's the Scoop: I've heard so much about this store that today I finally stopped in. So many non-named brand items that look delicious. I purchased some chocolate drizzled macaroons, a oven ready seasoned chicken, grapes, cherries, sugar and canned biscuits. I can't wait to cook the chicken and biscuits to see how they turn out. The fruit was sweet and delicious. The macaroons oh my, I think I might have to go back tomorrow because they're almost gone. Also I purchased a bag of potatoes, bell peppers and mixed peppers that were gorgeous. I definitely liked the price range and store set up. Very easy to find things. Friendly cashiers and a lot of interesting pastas and snack items. Gluten free aisle also. There's also Christmas items on sale like Disney Frozen, stuffed bears and other things, Next visit ill spend more time because really this us not a store to rush through. Shopping carts are a quarter and when you return cart to it's bin you get your quarter back. Reusable Shopping bags are 10c. I must come back here to slowly peruse the aisles.

I send all the college and teen kids here. The are in possession of never ending hunger and scoop up food like it is going out of style. Aldi sells a random assortment of pantry supplies, fresh fruits, meats, frozen food and you-name-it-stuff for a song. Folks my age hesitate at first to visit. ("Didn't they get caught for selling extinct meat once?") But once they fill a shopping cart to the brim for a third of the normal price they're sold! The environment is like walking CostCo: Concrete floors but without any food samples. A nice perk of the frozen food section are the size of items. Products are sold in smaller quantities so you're not committing the entire freezer to five million pieces of shrimp. Oo la la!

I always try to find brioche slice or sweet cream but cannot find any most of the time. When does that go in stock?

VERY GOOD. The dressing and sauce are really good of quality yet not pricy. Will get there once a week in the future.

    Are there bigger aldi's?

All the Aldi's I've been to around here are similarly sized. There's only one brand so it's not really necessary to have a huge store

There are tractor rides with Elmo. There are giant blown up bouncy castles and structures. They even have a pumpkin patch, bumper cars for kids, and other games. I would definitely recommend! And if one desires, there is also a farm where you can get all sorts of awesome things (for adults and kids). Enjoy!

Every Thanksgiving my home is where everyone comes to gather. Both my sons and new daughter in law,…read moremy nieces from college, my brother in laws brother are coming to enjoy a delicious holiday meal. I have a yearly ritual, I go to the farm stands and buy locally grown vegetables. But the final step is to turn my home into a warm welcoming space, so I'll buy flowers from Pantaleons Farms. Look for the signs, it's located across from the post office on the main road. Once you arrive, grab a wagon and start exploring. On my front porch I like to have a burst of autumn with red and gold flowers. Pantaleons farms also sells bundles of hay to give that farmhouse look but, I grew up in Brooklyn. My grandparents never did anything like did this and I know they would love the flowers. The hay would confuse them. I can hear my grandfathers voice asking about it and it makes me laugh. Billy, you don't plant, do you make a the bread? Now that the outside porch is ready, it's time to go inside with crafted table centerpieces and other potted flowers that are painted in warm autumn colors. It really gives the house that extra touch for Thanksgiving. Once Thanksgiving is over, I plant the flowers. They sell all sizes of plants and trees, its deceiving but out back has a large farm. Funny story, I wanted to buy some plants for the front of my house, I see these purple sprays that spread in a nice burst of color. I grab a wagon and this young couple buys almost all of the plants?? I grabbed the last four, they weren't my top choice.. I've been doing this for years, try to visit Pantaleons farm if you're in the Stony Brook-Port Jeff area. The floral arrangements are beautiful
