I'm happy to report that since the remodel of this store, it's now my favorite Aldi location! I love Aldi for their low prices and decent quality products. I can usually find everything I need and get in and out of the store super quickly, which is a definite plus for me. I haven't noticed the "zombie apocalypse" vibe in the store recently with boxes and items everywhere. It's usually pretty organized and shelves are usually stocked, even with shortages of products being the norm lately. If you've never been to an Aldi, bring your own bags or be ready to pay a small fee for paper bags or nicer reusable plastic bags. Then you'll need a quarter for a cart - you insert the quarter into the slot on the right side of the cart, which releases it from the line of carts. Then when you're done, return the cart and insert the little chain into the back end of the slot, and it will push your quarter back out for you! I'm never without my "Aldi quarter" in case I ever need to make a quick stop. Once inside you'll find a wide variety of pantry staples, seasonal items, "Aldi finds (limited time products)," deli items, frozen food, and a decent amount of produce. Pricing is typically lower than most grocery stores and you'll see a lot of Aldi branded things in addition to some name brand items. I personally have come to prefer many of the Aldi brand items over some name brands. The Aldi finds aisle is always fun to check out as you can sometimes find hidden gems there. I got a Calico Critters set for my niece once - those aren't always easy for me to come across. I love their seasonal decor items, too - including the cute wreath with fake pumpkins on it that I got last fall. Check for quality on these items, since it can be a little hit or miss, but for a seasonal item that I use once a year it's usually fine. Some things I stock up on at Aldi: canned beans, eggs, cheese, frozen food including shrimp, salty snacks like chips and popcorn, produce, and chocolate - they are known for having a great selection of imported chocolate. Aldi is also my go-to spot if I'm making a cheese and charcuterie board, as they have a lot of great options including lots of great dried fruits and nuts, meats, and cheeses. One thing that I always notice is that there are usually only ever one or two employees at the checkout lanes, but they are super speedy and it never really takes too long to get in and out of the store. We recommend skipping the bottle return area and particularly the Aldi branded canned/bottled drinks, which their machines decline to accept, with the exception of the occasional (perhaps 1 in 6) which it will accept after rejecting the same bottle/can five times or more. There is no customer service area to take returns; instead, you will be in line with people with carts full of groceries. The clerk will give you the stink eye and ask you if you've counted your bag full of Aldi brand cans/bottles rejected by its pathetic machine. Seems odd that a retailer would sell products with deposits and then make returns of deposit items so difficult and unpleasant. Why sell these beverages at all if you are going to make it so difficult for customers to recoup their deposits? (Hint: it's for the money.) read more

I really like Aldi and I need to go more often. They don't have a huge selection of item, but what they do is usually a good product and at a great price. I'm not a huge fan of frozen pizza, but theirs is really good. I think my favorite thing about Aldi is the speed their scanners work. I hate going to a grocery store and your items get waved over they machine a millions times as you check out waiting for it to scan in. At Aldi, they just whip them through and they work every time. Bring your own bags though. They don't provide them for free. read more

I love going to this Aldi store. Recently, they remodeled and it's awesome. I can always find what I need. Their prices are great! I can buy two weeks worth of groceries for 5 ppl, 4 of them males and stay in my budget. The fruit is great, I've never had bad meat from this store and the selection of items is awesome! Great location! I usually shop at the Alpine location, but couldn't find it on yelp! People tend to sleep on aldi, somehow seems to have gotten a bad reputation like it's off brand products. In reality many products are the same as trader Joe's. I've found some interesting products and great deals at aldi. It may not have 30 options of every product like at a huge box store, but I like not having to deal with crowds or taking 30 minutes when I'm just trying to pick up a couple items. read more

Owned by the same company that owns Trader Joes, this Germany-based company specializes in staple items, such as food, beverages, toilet paper, and other inexpensive household items. They keep their prices low by using house-brands and private label items with a smattering of brand-name items throughout. This particular Aldi's is clean and tiny but still has a warehouse-y feel with products stacked on skids and displayed in boxes. Just remember you need to bring your own bags or boxes to take your food home and have to pay a quarter to rent their carts (I know, that part is weird). I can't vouch for all their products but I can say they have they have an unexpectedly good selection of cheese, wine, and chocolate. I'm not a chocolate connoisseur by any means, but their house-brand of chocolate, Moser Roth, is really good. The 85% cocoa bar proved to be a luxurious treat on my last visit. Sales change weekly but the prices are always below average. I just picked up a banana bunch for $.44 cents- not $. 44 cents a pound, $.44 cents total. With Aldi's you can eat healthy and even indulge a little on a budget! read more

On a busy day, an employee parked taking up two spots in the parking lot. When I brought it up to him, he was incredibly rude and told me to 'f*** off' and walked into the store. I would have returned every item I brought there, but I was told that they are not accepting returns. No one in the store seemed to care that one of the employees cussed me out in the parking lot. A week later I was in the same parking lot and the car was parked in two spots again. Glad to know how I am treated when I spend my money there. read more

Cheap prices but high quality products. Great selection, lots of healthy options. I do as much of my shopping here as possible. I love Aldi!

It's a good place to get stuff. If I need something I can go there and get something quicker than if I went to a place like Meijer. It's all neat and not cluttered so it makes it easier to find things. They have a good selection o things that I need on a daily basis and they have good sales. Checkout is Ok but it feels a little cramped because most of the time they don't have many people at the checkout. The cashiers aren't always friendly. Sometimes they are nice and helpful, and other times they are snappy and rude. I had to take a moment to pay and the guy at the counter was getting rude.other times they are really nice. Over all it's a pretty good place to get some groceries. read more
