Blueberries marked $3.19, rang up $4.99, NO sign for higher price. When I asked, they said I could go get cheaper ones or buy higher ones.

The store manager Dacy is very unprofessional. She curse and opening talks around customers and employees about how she forgot to pump her breast for her 10 month old son. Dacy doesn't follow cold chain and when asked about their store policies, she informed that she just had a meeting with her boss Savasses and he informed her that they do not believe that something is bad sitting out that long. That in that meeting he said even if it set out over night in the back room that it would still be okay to stock and serve to the customers. This store is the worst Aldi I have seen and she always runs off the good help, she needs to be replaced and the whole team. Corporate needs to visit this store more often. The store manager is always so tired and looks awful she told me she stays till way after closing cause she doesn't have any good help to the close the store. Just please beware when buying your meat-produce-well really anything. Also if you try to speak to the bigger boss he acts like he cares but I walked by to go to the restroom and over heard him speak negatively about me. When I spoke to him he acted like he cared which in fact he did not. Which is why she thinks she can treat customers and employees the way she does. I hope their corporate office sees this and I hope they actually take this seriously. read more

Love shopping at Aldi's, but you need to check your checkout receipt closely. I was in to pickup eight items and as I always do I ran a running total as I picked up my items (about $24), I went through checkout paid with credit card and started to leave. Got half way to the door and looked at my receipt, $58.41. Quick scan spotted an error and took it back to the checker. She was very polite and gave me return of $31.98, again started out the door buy that amount seemed to low. So I went back and asked her to recheck the whole sale re scanning all the items. She did and the total with tax came to $27.14, she gave me another return credit for $17.29. And I left the store. Once I got home I ran a check and found that I had been over charged $9.14, drove back and handed the receipts to the asst manager who took them to the manager they correct the return another $3.71. Still over charged by $5.43. Don't know how this can be avoided in the future but everyone should double check their receipts all the time because errors do happen and math matters! read more
