Great service and selection. If they don't have it they will help you find it. Even the obscure item.

Disputing a double charge. The employee on duty was rude over the phone, she said I was screwed, that was really unacceptable. She said get my statement and bring it in, I do not have a way to print, was able to take a picture with my phone. When I went in person she was very rude to me in front of other customers. We purchased a bottle of rum and the price on the shelf was $28.99. We bought it and then the next day that we had been charged $30.99. So we went back to Spirits of 66 to let them fix their mistake. The girl (short hair redhead on duty on 9-19-16 at 10:30am.) said "what we scan is the right price" and it doesn't matter what it says on the shelf. That's just your problem. So when we replied back" well, we just won't do business here then" and she replied "Aint no skin off my back if you don't come back. We don't care if you shop here." Very good selection for this part of America (I.e. Bible Belt). Even the scotch selection has some nice ones with the likes of Balavenie and Macallan. We'll be back. read more
