Twice I have been in to see them in the last year, for some assistance on what I perceived as a problem. Both times they insisted on looking at my laptop before I left the store and were able to get my machine going before I left. Saved me coming back for a pickup, but best of all, there was no charge for either visit. That's service. We have bought 3 computers from them over the years and will continue to do so in the future. What a great experience!! Madison and Jordan surpassed our expectations both in quality of work…read moreand in their relational approach to all conversations. They brought such a strong sense of peace and certainty to the project. The level of care they placed in building and guiding us through our web project was nothing short of OUTSTANDING! They created a brand image and website that draws and keeps viewers engaged... and wanting more. Everything they created congruently aligned within our brand message. What i found fascinating is how they stepped into the role of aligning with us and our mission - all the while keeping us focused and on target when our personal ideas we just a bit off. This takes a special kind of soul. We just returned from their office and i had to write a note immediately. I am quite involved in biz and place immense value on my personal time. Therefore... I only take the time to write a positive review when the experience was exceptionally memorable. Not only was it memorable - it was magic!! Magic moments deserve a shout out of thanks. If you are on the fence on how best to make a decision i would simply suggest.... reach out to them and share your thoughts, fears and inspirations. Talk to them and allow yourself an experience you deserve. You deserve to be treated with kindness and professionalism. You deserve a listening ear and a mindset that is set up to take you to the next level. You deserve a great experience that will leave you appreciating just how simple they made things for you. You deserve VERDA.

I had a disappointing experience at CDC Computers on Thursday, Sept. 4th…read more I have been to CDC Computers a handful of times to have my laptops repaired and never had an issue. I was always treated with respect and kindness and the front office staff knew their business. On Thursday I took my laptop in for repairs again but this time a new staff person to me, took one look at it and said it would cost 1/3 the cost of a new laptop. I was not surprised by this and was half expecting it but I was not expecting the way he railroaded me into buying a new laptop from CDC Computers. He whipped across the building and came back with a laptop and told me this is the one I needed. He talked non-stop and would not let me get a word in edgewise. He talked about everything but the laptop. How the business is moving to a new location in the next few months, how they've been having staffing problems, how they are barely making enough money to stay in business, etc. I did ask him if this was a brand new Windows 11 laptop or was it a refurbished laptop. He answered a telephone call and gave a staff person instructions. I did not receive an answer. I asked him what the memory capacity was, he said he "thought it was 550 gigs". Why didn't he find out for certain? I realize it was my fault for falling for his railroading and speed talking, and believe me I am having buyers regret. I have no one to blame but myself and I own that. This is so disappointing. When I took my laptops in before for repairs the young men working at the front were wonderful. They explained what needed to be done and gave me an approximate time and $ amount. Daniel, was totally opposite. He could learn a LOT from his co-workers. Better yet, let the other staff deal with the public and he should stay in his office. Would I take my laptop to CDC Computers for repairs again - yes. Will I buy anything brand new from CDC Computers again - not a hope in Hell.
