No tents allowed here; just caravans, folding campers and motorhomes. No dog restrictions and it's a cracking beach. 20 mins walk into Sutton on Sea along the promenade. Fulford just short drive away with another 3 pubs and an Aldi and Iceland for shopping. Piches from £16 £23 per night with electrical hook up. Small shop onsite with limited opening hours that stocks all essentials. Very friendly, flexible, helpful staff. Toilet block cleaned regularly, showers always always clean and free. Pot washing area too. Well worth a visit if you are looking for a nice place close to York.

There is the Food-center, where you can buy homemade jam. On the other side is the bakery where the bread and rolls, all prepared fresh.The people are all very nice and the supervisors are very open and helpful. We spent a lovely time in the camphill.
