Guess the true test of concrete is how it holds up in the next 30+ years, hope I can update the review positively at that time.

Good communication, he showed up early and got it all done in one day. I didn't realize how out of level the existing slab was but he was able to accommodate and the section he poured was perfectly level. I did however end up renting a scarifier to bring down some parts 3/4" and grinding that smooth. In hindsight, I should have had Joe and his crew initially work it down like that from the start. But I guess in the moment it was too rushed to figure out the ideal compromise. The concrete delivery truck did come up short. He had to go and get bags to hand mix. In my opinion, communication was slower than I expected, and there were delays in responding to documents and requests that were important to moving the project forward. These experiences made the overall process more difficult than I had anticipated. As a result, I decided to proceed with caution and believe there is room for improvement in communication, responsiveness, and overall customer service. --------------------------------------------------------------- FGS Reply: Patrick, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We strive to provide professional service on every project. In this case, the documentation and requests provided were outside typical industry standards and required additional review to ensure accuracy, compliance, and that all parties were properly protected. While that careful consideration may have extended our response times, it was done to avoid errors rather than rush important decisions. We regret that this did not meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback as we continue improving our communication throughout the process. We wish you the best with your project. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Patrick's comments: I just saw your reply, and I respectfully disagree with your explanation. You agreed to use DocuSign to execute the agreement. I sent you the DocuSign request nine(9) days ago and have followed up multiple times by resending the request and reminding you to complete it. On each occasion, you indicated that you would sign the agreement through DocuSign. Based on your current explanation, if you had any concerns about industry standards, you should have informed me promptly. That would have avoided unnecessary delays and allowed me to make other arrangements. Rather than making excuses, I encourage you to focus on the customer's feedback and use it as an opportunity to improve your business and communication with future customers.
