They were patient with my uncertainties with plant placement and didn't rush me through my process. I felt heard and understood by all of them. They completed every task they were asked to, speedily and patiently. I didn't hear a single complaint yet I know my native soil here is hell to dig in. I'm not singling out individuals because they were all exceptional and their teamwork was impressive. We are happy campers and will remember your crew every time we look at our new landscape. He apologized for being double booked and showed up later that day. Adam had very good information for me regarding the job and gave me a really good verbal quote saying he would email me the written quote. Never did. After a few days I called the company and had to leave a message asking them to please send me the quote, but they never did. Guess they don't need the work. Very disappointing. I hope they do good work when they do manage to show up.
