I had a frustrating experience with Albrecht Well Drilling during a time when I was completely without water. I called for emergency service and agreed to a $250 fee, but was later billed over $600 for that Saturday visit, including undisclosed trip charges and another fee for travel to pick up a part. Despite the technician assuring me the issue was fixed, I discovered the water still wasn't working later that same day and had to wait until Monday for it to be resolved. I was never told there would be additional travel or part-run charges in advance, and I don't believe I should have been billed so heavily for an issue that wasn't fixed on the first visit. When I raised concerns, the responses I received were dismissive and more focused on defending their technician and policies than on acknowledging the hardship of being without water for two days, or being charged for incomplete service. After multiple emails and involving the owner (who never responded), they eventually waived one fee, but only after significant back-and-forth. I also discovered that they are not BBB accredited, despite suggesting otherwise. I paid the full bill, but I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
