The receptionist was able to schedule my husband and I in a very timely manner, We were taken back to a room by the medical assistant a lot faster than most doctors offices do. Dr Hartsaw and Dr. Rinker are very caring and understanding doctors. They explained everything to my husband and I, as well as answered all of questions. The surgery scheduler was very helpful at helping us find a day that worked for us for our procedure. The insurance gal was amazing at finding out and letting us know how our insurance should cover the procedure. And we were able to set up payments that we could afford to pay for it. The surgery went smooth and no complications. The doctors were there for us every step of the way following the surgery. I recommend Dr. Sara Hartsaw and Dr. Jacob Rinker to anyone needing a surgeon. They are the best.
