Chelsey is another reason why my wife and I shop at Alertsons. We were having difficulty packing several items into our cart and apparently we looked like we needed help because Chelsey,busy stocking items in her section, stopped what she was doing and gave us necessary advise and help without us having to flag someone down for assistance. Usually, in most stores, it's difficult to make eye contact with employees much less to get assistance. Chelsey went out of her way to observe what was going on and offered help without being asked. The greediness of this store amazes me. I saw organic brown eggs at Albertsons for I think $6.56 on sale from $7.99 a dozen, decided to check Walmart because they cost less. I'm so glad that I did, I paid 4.17 for the same exact brand, Organic Marketside, Organic Cage Free Eggs. Sell by date is 4/12/2023. Why such a big difference in price??? read more

Today I went to exchange 2 items to customer service. The attendant was helping a lady in front of me that asked for a price check on an item. Then she proceeded to place ALL her grocery items for the attendant to become her cashier! 2 carts full! I asked to speak to the manager JOE who told me that she probably had to return or get money order and i told him ...No. she did not. I told him she should have been directed to the regular cashiers but she wasn't. He said that costumer service is also for cashiers and I told him that I didn't agree with how he ran Customer service at all. This was at the Albertsons on Mesa and Resler in El Paso Tx. I went for a quick shopping visit and noticed at the Deli dept., a fully stocked area of Cooked Wings that looked amazing. I purchased over $20 worth of wings, different flavors and rushed home for Football. Within 30 minutes of eating my first set of wings I got sick. I've been sick ever since. I am spending more time in the bathroom than watching Football. This was my first time purchasing from the Wings area. I usually purchase a whole chicken, and have for nearly a year without incident or getting sick. This is a black eye to a store that I normally enjoy shopping at. I will not buy anymore wings. I wonder if Jon Taffer can help out the Deli dept. It's not a Bar but they still sell cooked food. read more

Wanted to buy an Albertson's gift card. Didn't see it on rack so I asked an employee. She said it would be over there and pointed me to where I just was. Then yelled to another employee to ask. He said it would be there. Look through every row and don't see any. Left and will go to another place to get a gift card. Super annoying!! My wife got food poisoning from the sushi there , luckily her blood didn't come back toxic or I would have filed a lawsuit. Should we worry about the meat there too, the hygiene of the store over all? Hire better people; the elder lady manager that wears a gray shirt was very condescending when I asked to speak to a manager she said we both are managers and pointed at a dark haired young lady and she said "pick one" , clean your store and stop carding for 0% Alcohol beer It's not requiered by Texas law you guys are losing out on profit margins and your service just drew a family away from Albertsons for good. Expensive, their Deli meats and in-store baked breads suck. Not requiring masks shows they don't give a damn about their customers or employees. They recently went public (i.e. you can buy shares of Albertson's on the stock market), so look for them to try to squeeze out more money with higher prices and fewer (or lower paid) workers. read more

The staff is so rude. The customers are extremely rude AND it's an older population and are out in the parking lot trying to fight‍‍‍ there were only 4 registers open. Waiting in line for 20 minutes for the cashier to sit and talk to another employee!!!! read more

Solid grocery store, very clean interior. Good selection of food, including a sufficient selection of health food options. The parking lot could use some maintenance, but it is what it is. The staff were quick to open another register when the wait got long, so it's a solid crew working there. Also has beer & wine (because Texas) which is super convenient. read more

This is the closest Albertsons so I have no choice but to shop here for groceries. It has most of everything I need but it's not like the one on Montwood. I do like that they have organic fruits & vegetables. Also they have added more organic products since I started shopping here this year. Love that they have a Bank of America right outside & an ATM inside the store. read more

I have been shopping at this Albertsons since I moved here about 8 months ago. They have always been clean, nice and pretty organized. However I went grocery shopping on 2/21, they had yoplait on sale so I bought some, to my surprise two of them had an expiration date of 2/22, another two had an expiration date of 2/24, and yeah, that's close, but I can get over it, but one had an expiration date of 2/8 over a week before I bought them!! I find that to be completely unacceptable l, and I will be choosing another location to be shipping at from now on! read more
