We had to hire a family member to correct Finess' poor quality work. The family member was to be paid by Finess' however they refuse to pay him. They left dents and crackes in our granite and will not take any reponsiblities. I would never recommend these guys or anything that Amir Khoury is involved with. Its buyer be ware when it comes to home renovations.

I told the salesman (Syno) that I was on a budget and what I was looking for. He showed me carpet that was in that budget and on sale (It is beautiful!) I was going to have him come to measure after a short vacation I was going on but when he took my address down and realized that we were practically neighbors he offered to come on his day off and measure for me so that I wouldn't have to wait so long. They were out of sample pieces of the carpet for me to take home and he offered to bring the large store sample to my home one evening if I wanted to see it before it was installed. The installer they sent (Sylvie. I don't think I've spelled it right...) was excellent! He was professional and pleasant to have in my home.
