Service Master was assigned to the insurance claim & they recommended using World Floor Coverings, to replace the floors. My husband & I went to the showroom for World Floor Coverings & met with Mike the owner & Lauren the interior designer. Mike was fantastic to deal with, Service Master sent him over the measurements of our flooring. Mike asked us questions of what type of flooring we were looking, are usage, lifestyle, etc.. Mike was fantastic at answering all of our questions & making suggestions. Mike then introduced us to Lauren the interior designer. She was great. We had brought in a sample of the old flooring & pictures of our home. Lauren helped us figured out, what type of flooring would be best for our family & look amazing in our home. Lauren was also great at asking us questions & answering all of our questions too. On the day of install, Val installed the flooring. Val does beautiful work. His work was very clean, neat & professional. He did a fantastic job. He's a true professional. My husband & I absolutely love our new floors. We are so happy, with our choice. My initial experience--purchasing kitchen flooring--was fine, which gave me the confidence to return for additional flooring for my living room. That was a mistake. I received a quote for the flooring and asked for a quote on installation. Cody said he'd get back to me but never did. I waited over a month, then called and texted just to get the name of the flooring so I could move forward with my renovation--which has now been delayed for months. I never received any response. No return call. No text. Nothing. This level of disregard for a paying customer is completely unacceptable. It shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. Once the sale was made, it became clear that follow-up and service were not a priority. I regret spending my money here and would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

I told the salesman (Syno) that I was on a budget and what I was looking for. He showed me carpet that was in that budget and on sale (It is beautiful!) I was going to have him come to measure after a short vacation I was going on but when he took my address down and realized that we were practically neighbors he offered to come on his day off and measure for me so that I wouldn't have to wait so long. They were out of sample pieces of the carpet for me to take home and he offered to bring the large store sample to my home one evening if I wanted to see it before it was installed. The installer they sent (Sylvie. I don't think I've spelled it right...) was excellent! He was professional and pleasant to have in my home. He was organized and it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. I would recommend New Image to any of my friends!

We have solid wood floors in our den, dining room, hallway, family room and stairs, that is 14…read moreyears old. They had many scratches from years of abuse from our pets. I was hesitant to have them re-finished, because I did not want to have to remove the baseboards and door trim. I read reviews on Dynamic Edge. I contacted them, and the owner, Sebastian, assured me that he had the equipment and ability to re-finish the floors without removing the baseboards. The first two days of the job sere spent sanding and preparing the floor for finish. Even though he had a truck mounted vacuum, there was still noticeable amount of dust in the air. It would have been nicer to have done this job during warmer weather so we could have opened some windows. The third day he sealed the wood, and put Glitsa Max finish on top. The product has a very strong smell for about ten hours, so I suggest if you use it, you find somewhere else to be during that stage. Overall, I found that Sebastian is an extremely reliable worker, and meticulous in his preparation of the floor. He has all of the proper equipment, and uses it well. Most of the baseboards had gotten sealer and the finish on them during the final processes, so I had to re-paint all of the baseboards. But I knew that would happen, and was prepared for it. We re-painted the following day. In addition to the floor, Sebastian repaired some damages to the wooden stairs, and made them look as good as new. We are very satisfied with the job that he did.

It took longer than expected, but everything was fixed and done to exceptional standards in the end. If you want great quality, then this is where to go. The wall was damaged and we were told we would be compensated for the cost, but that didn't happen and has well the master bed room carpet has a noticeable line down the middle which is a flaw and we has told them about it repeatedly and nothing has been done.
