They are all about the money and move you through like an assembly line. They don't listen to you nor care about you. They lie and then cover each other's lies. I have proof but no one cares enough to do anything about it. I've filed grievances with the practice itself along with Anthem, Medicare and the State Board of Nursing. One Star is to much. I have seen other providers in the practice when she isn't available and all are competent and caring. I haven't had a problem with any of the staff, I find them caring and efficient. Be patient when you go for your appointment. You don't know what the person who walked in before you may be going through. They won't skimp on their time with you just to catch up if running behind.

She definitely took her time and I sincerely appreciated that. The office needs a makeover. The furniture is old and the paint colors are very 80s. This office is a little tricky to find (you have to drive around the back of the Stables to get there) so make sure you call ahead for specific directions!
