The real highlight here is the food, other hotels I've stayed at don't have very appetising food - Cruden bay is small so I expect there are not many other options for eating out. Thankfully this isn't necessary as the food here is great. I tried the 5 spiced duck and chicken risotto mains, both were excellent. My colleague ordered the fish and chips one night and it was huge!
