I definitely recommend taking advantage of their new member classes with the 2 week or 1 week deals, I definitely felt a big difference after being consistent and it was great as someone who regularly works out and works at the hospital to get a relaxing and restorative workout class in! One thing I will say is that I wish they would cap the classes sometimes because a lot of the popular classes fill up so much that you're almost inches from the mat next you to and it's hard to practice yoga in those situations and is not very peaceful.

This class to my understanding is not virtual because there are classes listed as virtual. This is not one of them. There are no instructions upon purchase about time restrictions or anything so that leaves me to assume there is nothing wrong with showing up, dressed, at this time to sit for this class. I can hear the music, I stood out there until I could hear Alex begin. No one opened the door. Even if, let's say it is online only which it does not state for this class, there is nothing wrong with opening the door, masked, and saying it's online only.
