The team was hardworking, professional, and so so thorough. I also appreciated that Claudia took ownership for making sure even small details of the house were good to go. For example, she noticed a small leak behind the refrigerator-- instead of pushing the fridge back in and ignoring the problem, she went above and beyond to highlight the problem and then stand there with our maintenance guy until it was fixed to clean-up afterward.
