Gets RX wrong, pharmacy wrong and upset when u call with a problem. I was written an end of treatment letter for their mistakes. I never heard of this before!! Doc is nice and others in the office are great. But the manager makes it impossible to get what u want. Doc will call the RX "at her leisure" when u need it where u can finally find it!!

I had a previous bad experience at a different clinic, and I was super nervous to see another doctor in the city. Dr. Kostant was super kind and informative. The office is really clean and comfortable; there is a nice selection of beverages you can enjoy. I would mention if the strings to your IUD are missing prior to your appointment, because there is some medication that you can take beforehand that can help with that process. I was still able to take the medicine during my appointment, and Dr. Kostant made the time for me to complete my procedure the same day. I was able to use laughing gas and local anesthesia for my procedure, which was definitely an interesting experience. I have a follow-up appointment scheduled in two weeks, and I am sure I will be all set for the next 10 years!

There is no rushing, no nickel-and-diming, no details that fall between the cracks. My doctor, Elizabeth Canas (formerly Haskins), is exceptionally caring and is always interested in seeing problems from a "whole person" point of view. When she's not sure about something, she gets back to me with a well-researched answer quickly. She is a calming, empathetic presence. The staff members at the front desk and on the phone are unfailingly and genuinely pleasant and helpful. The staff members I have encountered during lab work have been lovely. Called them twice (billing department) to discuss and nobody called me back.
