But now, I am a healthy person with huge thanks to the clinic and the staff members. Nowadays they have a long wait time and more adults coming here to see their PCP. But they still allow us to come in if it's not wayyyy too busy.In the chaotic mess of patients rushing in and asking for appointments and answering calls every 5 minutes, the front desk is still able to keep up and also keep everything in order. The wait for seeing a doctor is usually 30minites to an hour w/ an appointment but without an appointment would be 1-3hours waiting time.After the appointment and if you have a referral from the doctors the front desk is glad and quick to help you find where you need to go.This PCP is my favorite.

They won't release your lab reports without making you see the doctor first. As a patient, you can't even get your own medical records. It's clear they just want to charge you a copay and treat every visit like an office visit, even when it's not needed. It's honestly ridiculous.

For primary care practice there is a fixed amount of co-payment under my plan. But they want to charge $50 more because I have no depleted my deductible. That has nothing to do with a primary care office visit (that apply to every insurance plan with a fixed co-payment). The clinic is trying to rip people off. Apparently my doctor was away on vacation, but this was a slight emergency, and damn I ended up waiting for like 5+ hours to see the doctor, since there was only one doctor, and this was a Saturday. I even saw a former neighbor there that day, but and so just as my DS was out of battery, and I paid the $60, I think the doctor misdiagnosed me. He kept on thinking that I had allergies, so I ended up with an allergy shot, when I probably needed antibiotics for a cold. So Day 5, and congested.. with a cold. I am never going to come here when my doctor is here.. I'll choose to go elsewhere for diagnosis for a cold.

**BEWARE** Went last…read moremonth with my daughter since she had a bump on her hand that was bothering her, the woman took maybe 30 seconds and first said it was a bakers cyst. She left the room maybe 10 minutes later (longest part of the visit) she came back and said it was a ganglion cyst. Not to worry about it, that it would go away on its own and to try warm compress to sooth the pain. So we try the warm compress and it did nothing at all. We end up going to an orthopedic surgeon and it turns out it was a tumor. Moral of story, avoid this place! Being rushed and giving a false diagnose without even really trying to touch it or examine it isn't acceptable.

Maybe she should have double check if I could have something done. Don't be fooled. There is another waiting room inside. Just when you are done waiting outside. She's very knowledgeable knowing about the different interactions between medications you are taking which is very rare. She always takes your concerns seriously and will refer you to specialists who can help with issues. She is also very kind and compassionate and unlike other doctors will call to follow up with you. I have not had such a good doctor since my favorite pediatrician retired. I also like that because its appointment based, you do not need to wait hours in a packed waiting room where you're ironically very likely to catch something. And from my experience I'm generally able to get an appointment same day or the next day.

I have been recommending her to my friends and family and I recommend you to see her if she isn't your PCP already! I don't understand how anyone could give her less than 5 stars. Also, I usually never wait for over fifteen minutes and I am most definitely out in less than an hour. For today's visit, I arrived at 10:00am on a Tuesday for my sore throat. The nurse quickly checked my vitals and my weight and afterwards, I waited for about 10 minutes before heading into Dr. Pangs office. She asked me what my complaint was and after answering that and a few questions (medications, vaccinations, etc), she performed a quick physical exam (examining the tonsils, checking lymph nodes, checking for a spleen enlargement) and a throat culture. As a nursing student, I clearly know AND saw that she was doing everything required for the focused assessment. Now I wanted to point out that Dr Pang truly is looking out for her patients. Because there was no sign of a bacterial infection, she treated me as a viral patient and did not prescribe to me antibiotics. There are doctors that just end up prescribing antibiotics during times like this, hoping to please the patient or to just clear out all of the bacteria. However, Dr Pang told me that she will give me a call in 2 days, with the culture results, and told me to be in contact in case anything gets worse. She did not want to unnecessarily give me antibiotics which can lead to fatigue/antibiotic resistance. TRUE DOCTOR, RIGHT THERE.
