We took a stroll today through the centro and decided to stop here for lunch. We each tried something different and were pleasantly surprised by every choice. One thing I noticed is that the staff can get by in English. They put up with my attempt to use my weeks worth of Italian. I made a blunder here and there, but they were patient to figure out what I was trying to get at. This is already my second visit and I know I will be back. This is the perfect spot to bring family and friends to eat lunch and enjoy Vicenza.

Perfect atmosphere but the young adult trying to be a waiter was terrible. Rude. Forgetful. Flat out ignored us if we politely tried to get his attention. The owners were polite and helpful in understanding the menu, and when our food came we were wowed by the presentation. The tastes were even better! We shared the creamed cod with tomato sauce and the spinach tortellini in Parmesan "soup". The homemade bread was delicious, and perfect for sopping up every last morsel of flavor. I ordered the seafood BBQ which according to the waiter, the seafood was prepared/cooked on a grill. I was expecting some char marks on my seafood but it did not present that way, on the contrary it came it some black sauce which made my mouth and lips all black. We got a good laugh at that but the meal while different, it was very tasty and good. My girlfriend had the fried goat cheese which she said was delicious. Our friend ordered a pasta dish which was decorated with gold leaf. Although quite different from what we have had the food was delicious.
