The seams are almost invisible, and all the edges meet. I have only two small issues which do not have anything to do with the quality. 1) They tend toward a more traditional look, so if you want contemporary, you will need to specify how you want everything cut, corners, backsplash, etc. I ended up with severely rounded corners on my island, and even though they were cut consistantly and well, it does diminish the look I was going for. I wish they would have mentioned it. 2) I waited two weeks to get the counters installed, which is pretty standard for a small shop. I tried to get it pushed up, but they said they couldn't do it. When the installer arrived, he said they weren't busy at all. I can't say whether only the installers were slow, but it sent a mixed message.

ISW provided the stone for our small laundry room remodel. Julio was great on the sales side…read more Hope was less so and seemed irritated to spend time on selling a remnant. But our counter-top was only five feet long, so purchasing a full slab made no sense. The install went fine and the team was professional and fast. But they didn't really take any time to have us inspect the work, they just packed up and moved on. Upon inspection, there is a small section in the middle of the countertop about an inch square that is unpolished and appears scratched. It might be a low spot in the slab or a friction point from shipping. It's squarely in the center of the slab naturally (photo attached). I asked Julio if they could send someone out to take a look and possibly buff/polish it out. He asked for photos, which we sent. Eventually he came back (presumably after talking to Hope) and said no, the unpolished area is naturally in the stone - nothing to be done. I found that rather remarkable given that they never saw it in person. ISW couldn't be bothered to check out their own work - a major red flag ISW has a nice selection, but the service and attention to detail when an issue arises is non-existent. They seem focused on volume, rather than on smaller customers, like me, who are inevitably going to share their experience. That's surprising for a stone supplier in the Tri-Lakes area where customer experience is the ballgame. Bottom line, you might find the stone you want, maybe even at a good price. But if anything goes wrong, ISW can't be counted on to even inspect the work they did, much less try to find the customer an acceptable solution. If you are considering a large kitchen or other install where service and excellence matter, beware...

Home Storage Remedies ~ Slide-Out Installation ~ Neal Keller…read more719.302.3730 http://homestorageremedies.com/ Neal replaced low-quality slider hardware on already installed drawers and 4 sliding shelves in the kitchen with stainless steel, full-extension hardware. He built and installed sliding shelves for two bathroom under-sink cabinets and for 5 large double-door cabinets and the under-sink cabinet in the kitchen, all with stainless steel, full-extension hardware. Neal Keller came to our home, inspected the already-installed sliding shelves and drawers and determined he could replace the low-quality slider hardware with his stainless steel, full-extension hardware and measured for the new sliding shelves in the kitchen and bathrooms. Neal builds the new shelves at his workshop and brings them to your home. He installed the new shelves and replaced the old, low-quality hardware on shelves and drawers quickly and with no mess anywhere. We LOVE the doubling of shelf space in the lower cabinets in our kitchen! We're also thrilled with the way the high-quality, full-extension, stainless steel hardware that Neal uses allows the drawers and sliding shelves to extend all the way out of the opening which makes the drawers and shelves fully and easily usable! VERY importantly, the stainless steel hardware can easily support the weight of heavy silverware (service for 16 PLUS all the serving items needed for LARGE holiday parties!) or a large set (10-piece) HEAVY stainless steal pots and pans or 30 to 40 bottles of ice tea! Having the sliding shelves under the bathroom sinks makes retrieving cleaning supplies so easy and with no fear of knocking over and spilling the cleaners! Be sure to call Neal Keller! It took me hours to pick out all of the concrete and dirt from on top of my lawn. I had to reseed large areas of my back and front yard because of this and his heavy equipment. They also left cement splattered on the side of my house and garage. The invisible fence line was cut, as well as my sprinkler system was cut in several areas even after I showed him where these areas were before he began. In the spring, the driveway started crumbling. I contacted him and he had to tear it out and re-pour it. Unfortunately, it was more of the same. More mess, more concrete splattered everywhere, they destroyed part of my neighbors yard and used it as a dump, sprinkler lines cut again, and he did a poor job. The concrete is rough and uneven with discoloration. The biggest problem is he put a hole in the side of my house with his equipment. He told me that my house may have been hit by lightning or UPS truck backed into the side of my house, but it wasn't his equipment that did it. This is a illogical and unreasonable. The only thing that could've done this damage is the bucket of his heavy equipment. He takes no responsibility for any of this. Do not use this company.
