The bathrooms were right next to the car return. We had TSA precheck where there was a line of zero. Compared to Atlanta TsA precheck where we waited over 15 minutes for TSA precheck, this was an amazing experience. The TSA staff was friendly. Walk to our gate was another 1 minute. There are 7 gates in the airport. It is small, but efficient. Be prepared to walk to your airplane, so keep your winter coat handy! This airport is super easy and convenient to Steamboat Springs which is an easy 35 min drive.

We were helping bring the bags to the car and she yells at us for not helping! Asks if she has to do everything?? Two of the men literally had bags in their hands walking towards her. Suzanne's attitude was horrible from the beginning. She complained to my family about how long our bags were taking and said if any were lost she didn't have time to wait for us to fill out the form. She was extremely rude to them and made them very uncomfortable. Then we get in the car and she has all the time in the world. Very strange behavior. She yelled at us across the parking lot for not following her directions about where she would be. There were multiple mixups about times and despite who was to blame she gets very combative. Horrible customer service all around. Instead of trying to come up with solutions she passes out blame in an attempt to always be right. Our uber driver knew all about her. She has a real reputation in Steamboat and he said she was banned from driving for them. Of course this is hearsay but seems spot on. There are so many more professional transfer services in the area.

Our arrival flight was delayed due to snow at Hayden; she very patiently waited for us to get skiis (which take forever) and got us back to airport well ahead of our flight; as we requested. We really like the fact she has a trailer so all the bulky stuff is not inside the comfortable vehicle she picked us up in. On our next trip to Steamboat we will again call upon Suzanne for reliable and professional transportation service.

The only ones left were not SUV's. I inquired if one had become available when I approached the counter. Jim, who I believe is the manager, was helping me. He was very pleasant and helpful. He had a smaller SUV left, but did tell me it was not a 4 wheel drive. When I got to Steamboat Mountain and in particular, our street, I could not make it up the hill. We tried and tried but there was no chance. Eventually, we were able to flag down a snow truck to try removing snow on the steep hill. It took a while but with the assistance of the truck, we got the rental to the end of the cul de sac. I soon realized I was not going to go anywhere in that car. I called a day or 2 later to let Hertz know. I did not think they could or would do anything. Surprisingly, Jim had gotten a 4 wheel drive and was going to switch it out for me the next morning at 8am. Sure enough he was on time, brought the same vehicle but with 4 wheel drive, and we were able to have transportation for the rest of the week. On a side note, It was really funny watching Jim maneuver the car with spinning tires. He figured out to back it into my neighbors heated drive way and floor it. We had bets if he could do it! His mad skills were apparent and he got it going. After returning the car, I saw he had given me a credit on the unused days. Thankfully, the hotel highly recommended First Option and they were able to pick us up in about 15 minutes. It was nice being able to speak with someone right away and kept in communication with the car's status. Our driver was really kind and got us to our destination safely.

Extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car…read more Upon pickup, the vehicle smelled overwhelmingly of marijuana--so strong that even with the windows down, two of our children became nauseous and we had to pull over so one could vomit. This is completely unacceptable for a family rental. We immediately responded multiple times to the Enterprise text message that said to reach out with any issues, but never received a response. To make matters worse, the back passenger tire had a leak for the duration of our trip. We had to stop and refill it with air multiple times per day. When we called to request a vehicle swap, we were told they were short-staffed and could not assist unless we drove back to the airport--costing us hours of our vacation. The only other option offered was to pay an additional fee for roadside assistance to put on a spare tire, with the restriction that we couldn't drive over 50 mph for the remainder of the rental. I did eventually hear back from a local manager about a week later, but after I responded via email, I have not received any follow-up in over 10 days. Between the unsafe condition of the vehicle, the lack of responsiveness, and the poor customer support, this experience fell far below expectations. I would appreciate someone from Enterprise reaching out to address this situation.

It's December 22nd. The manager Ben didn't seem to care that we had a confirmation number and they were unable to give us a vehicle, with many cars in the lot. We were forced to pay $700 in flights to Denver, as well as another hotel night due to them not being able to give us a car. We have spent almost $1000 due to their mistake & management has yet to get back to us to offer a resolution on this. Do yourself a favor - and book through another car rental service.

While traveling 55 on a two lane road, we spun a 180 and slammed into a snow bank and were hanging off an embankment. The sherriff and tow truck came to rescue us. Then after we drove it to the cabin, they came to tow it in the middle of the night. Then they tried to charge us extra for out of town tow service. Then we had to fight the $1K extra on our credit card and it took weeks of calls to foreign customer service agents that were based out of the country. It was a complete nightmare and almost cost us our lives.

The people at the front desk were super nice and accommodating... even stayed late for me and my family to arrive. The return was super easy as well. I don't often give car rental place a 5 star review, but after receiving an Amazon gift card in my email for the rental, I could not resist. Our family's experience was excellent!
