I finally figured out. I just need to upgrade the entire system and realize I all that money for service calls when they didn't fix the makes manners worse is that the owner of the company basically screamed at me a few times when I called and was so rude. I guess the motto of the customer is always does not ever apply to him it was a disaster working with this company and I definitely would go elsewhere. I requested a network setup from my basement to my home office on the 2nd floor. He completely understood my issue and had a tech at my house 9am the next day. The tech was very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. He was able to complete the network setup in less time than I expected (great value!). I struggled this project for a week and many hours. I called ProTech and they had it completed the next day. Very satisfied customer, I will be using them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

i initially had three surveillance cameras installed as a favor by a friend who is a professional…read morein the field. as often is the case with favors, i was at his mercy when it came to actually completing the job. after 6 months of waiting i decided to seek out another professional whom i could pay to complete the job. after alot of googling i came up with digital innovation. i had never heard of them nor was there any info about them online but i decided to call them and see what they had to say. i called the main number and a woman told me she would have the technician call me back shortly to discuss what i needed done. sure enough, the call came almost immediately after and it was the ceo/founder of the company, wayne nembhard. wayne was very courteous and well spopken and seemed knowledgeable in the field. i told him what i needed and he gave me a price quote over the phone. the quote was reasonable so i decided to have them do the work. on the day of the appointment, wayne and another tech showed up at my house ON TIME and ready to work. we did a quick walk thru and i explained exactly what i wanted done and it was no problem for them at all. they were fast and friendly and did exactly what i wanted done. they respected me, my home, and even my pain in the ass boxer/pitbull. i really cant think of anything negative to say about these guys. i will definitely use them for any future security needs and will also refer them to friends. i highly recommend them to anyone who wants fast, friendly, and good service. they easily earned the 5 star rating.

We started with a consultation where I was able to ask questions and figure out what worked for me. Cost was an issue and Jesse talked through all the options and made a recommendation but did not pressure me or try to upsell me to engage in services he didn't think I needed. We talked about safety and what other people in the neighborhood have installed. It was great that he knew the area and had many long term clients around me. After picking the best package, Jesse followed up quickly and installment was very smooth. He discussed where I wanted the devices so that nothing was too obvious or ruined the aesthetics of the room. It was all carried out quickly and cleanly and with minimal interference in my day. I have since recommended Red Brick to everyone in my development and to other friends in Philadelphia.
