Blurry picture of open sign you can see on in front of restaurant when we were told they are not.
    Michelle A.

Unable to try the food. Went to the location at 11:03PM on a Saturday because it's closest to us and also because it's open until midnight. Upon arrival we were not greeted in the drive through, mind you all lights were still on and the window in the front was open in the front (why wouldn't it be? It's before midnight). We say excuse me and without explanation the lady says they're closed. We had two cars behind us and all 3 of us exited the area without ordering. Unfortunate because the sign on the front was lit up and said "open" and the sign above the pickup area said they don't close until midnight. If you're going here beware of different operating hours from what you see online.

    Flavorless carne asada fries.

If you see a line DO NOT GET IN LINE unless you want your food with no flavor. The fries aren't even cooked all the way extremely oily and soggy. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I used to love coming to this new spot, especially for the prices, but when I went yesterday, I seen the prices went up and then after ordering and driving away, I seen the cashier gave himself a five dollar tip without asking or anything. I was very upset and almost went back. I will never be going here again. Stay away from this place.

    egg shell inside breakfast burrito

Breakfast burrito with chorizo. Large piece of egg shell inside. Immediately crunched when i took a third bite. Such a large piece that there's no way it wasn't noticed when preparing.

Rolled tacos were good, but they charge .50 cents for using card, but charged me .84 cents wonder how many people they do this too.

Decided to give this place another shot. Ordered a carne asada burrito and some rolled tacos. Service was just ok and the food was good, but they have upped their prices & charge .50 cents to use cards. They gave me a receipt saying I paid in cash, but I paid with a card. The receipt said 16.16 was the total. So 16.16 plus .50 cents is 16.66. So I was curious and checked my bank account They charged 17 bucks. I know it's only .34 cents difference, but it's still fraud. I wonder how many people they do this to. Won't be returning and sad I gave them another try.

9 years later and we find ourselves back in the area. The breakfast burritos may have gone up $1.50 but at $3.99 they are still a steal! The homemade tortillas are what put these burritos over the top!

I visited on 3/29/26 around 2 PM for lunch with my daughter and fiancé before heading to Knott's. As I mentioned, the food itself was excellent. The issue arose when we received the bill. My fiancé ordered a burrito and requested to add chorizo, fully expecting to pay the extra charge. However, when the burrito came out, it did not include chorizo. I ordered a combination plate, which offers either two items for $22 or three items for $27. I chose the two-item option and didn't think much of it until the bill arrived. When we reviewed the bill, we noticed that instead of charging for the combination plate, they charged us for two separate full meals (taquitos and enchiladas). On top of that, they also charged us for the added chorizo that we never received. We brought up the chorizo, and they did remove that charge. However, that prompted us to take a closer look at the rest of the receipt. That's when we realized we had been overcharged for the combination plate. When I brought this to the attention of a waitress (who, I should note, was not our original server), she told me they don't have a combination plate on the menu and quickly walked away. We waited for someone to return, but no one did. Since we had already paid and had somewhere to be, we decided to leave. Afterward, I checked their website to confirm whether the combination plate was part of the regular menu or possibly a limited or brunch-only item. It is clearly listed as a regular menu item. This means the waitress gave incorrect information, and at no point did our original server mention that the combination plate was unavailable. Instead, he allowed me to order it and then charged us incorrectly. Because of this lack of honesty and transparency, I'm giving this place a 2-star rating. I strongly encourage anyone dining here to double-check their receipt, as after reading other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue at this location.

It was kind of fast and came to see how we were doing every few minutes. The bad experience starts with the food, first of all the price is very expensive compared to the quality of the food, about $30 for two tacos not mention that one taco had only four little shrimps, my wife got the flautas and as soon as she got them, we noticed there were mosquitoes on the food so we returned the plate We ended up eating at a different time because of this problem we still got charged for it, nothing special on the Michelada, which is 18 bucks for only one beer and clamato At the end, we order a dessert of fried ice cream and unfortunately, another bad thing with this food a pubic hair at the bottom of the fried ice cream. It was very nasty. I decided not to complain anymore, but instead to leave a review, this is the first and last time that I'm coming to this place Another thing to point out is the bathroom is in a horrible condition, they don't take the trash out once the bin is full so there's many things that they really have to work on

I ordered the Cali Burrito with no sour cream and light guacamole and I wasn't super hungry, but it hit just right! Mmmmm. The chips were fresh and just the right amount of salty but the salsa was just a little too spicy for me - but my friend loved it and he likes it spicy. The only downside was there was a party happening in another room and apparently due to that, our food took forever to get out. The two small groups that got seated ahead of us had gotten theirs and we waited for a long time. My friend almost just wanted to leave. So maybe next time, find a way to still be able to serve small groups on sync rather than making them wait extra time if possible. But I'd be back for sure. Oh, the mango margarita was not it. It tasted premade and plain. Another table left a full margarita as well so this worried me that this may be something normal? And there is no return on alcohol so we finished most of it because of this and didn't want to waste that money.

After a long week and zero desire to cook on a Friday night, I finally decided to give it a try. When I pulled up, the line was surprisingly short, which felt like a good sign. The order window is right out front, and the menu is simple and familiar: tacos, burritos, sopes, tortas, quesabirria. I ordered a little bit of almost everything: asada street tacos, a bean and cheese burrito, beans and rice, an asada mulita, an al pastor sope, and a quesabirria. Prices were reasonable, and I spent under $50 for the whole spread. Food came out in about 15 minutes and was packed neatly. The disappointment started once I got home. There was no salsa in the bags, which already put us at a disadvantage. Only then did I realize there's apparently a salsa bar inside along with a small seating area, something you don't see from the front order window. Had I known that, I would've grabbed what we needed before leaving. Then we opened the tacos and realized they came completely plain... no onion, no cilantro, nothing. Just tortillas and meat. Not exactly what I expected. Visually, everything else looked fine, so I was hoping the flavor would make up for it... but it didn't. Everything tasted bland, like the seasoning took the night off. The only thing I halfway enjoyed was the beans and rice, and my family felt the same way. Maybe my expectations were too high based on the crowds I always see, but everything tasted like tortillas, meat, and cheese... and not much else. I'll give them credit for fair pricing and quick service, but that's about it. I really wish the cashier had mentioned that the tacos come plain or pointed me toward the salsa setup. Overall, not the experience I expected, and not one I'd rush back for.
