She gave me the option to add me to my Mom's policy. I was never on her policy before, not even when I was a teenager, but if it saves me this much $$ I'm game. I compared prices with few different companies, ones that everyone is familiar with and some low end ones just to see what dollar amount I would hear. Allstate was by far the lowest quote I received. $1040 a year for full coverage. Other companies quoted me $1500. I have no clue why so much, I have no tickets or accidents in over 7 years. Encouraged by the price plus amazing service my Mom has been receiving from them for over 15 years I'm very happy that I went with Allstate.

I tried to explain the situation and she clearly stated " I don't give a shit" and hung up on me for a mistake they have done. I bought a new car and needed a add on to the previous account. This time I am the owner off the car and she put me under my familys account. It doesn't work like that. Every agent in Chicago told me it will not cover and I need a separate policy because off ownership off my new car. They insisted on charging me for insurance when the facts are that by law it will not cover. And I would be sued for a mistake they made. I suggest you stay away from Mariola. She is a fake and most unprofessional and highly rude person I had to deal with to today's date. She is only money hungry and would lie to you and me both just to get money out off us. I reported her in a couple places already but not done yet. Please be aware that she makes false policy's that don't exist and will not pay in case off accident. I recommend changing agent from allstate. . She made me drive my new car thinking I have insurance which I didn't that she charged for. In my book. She is a thief and it's FRAUD to sell policies that don't cover. She is a thief. I had to report her with my bank in order to stop her from taking random dollar amount from our account. Since I am in sales, I did not have actual proof of insurance as I was under a blanket company policy for almost 15 years. It was a painful process trying to get organized and trying to set myself up to get insurance. In these days of automated menus and the Internet, sometimes it is just nice to interact and speak with a person. This agency is so thorough and easy to work with. I have had a couple self inflicted accidents recently and the stress of dealing with this was enormous. However, Alex and Virginia have always been super consistent in providing support, information, and follow up that exceeded my expectations. If you are considering using Allstate as your insurance company, I highly suggest using this agency as your provider. You won't find a more comprehensive group of support whenever you need it. This is the kind of group you look to count on when you're in trouble and need help.
