We try to visit the Alan S Maltz Gallery every time we are in Key West. Often we buy; sometimes we just visit. We always leave inspired by the natural beauty of Florida and how Mr. Maltz is able to reflect that beauty in his photography. read more

Allan and his team are top notch. We had a spot in our home that needed that final touch, Allan's photos are unbelievable. His team was courteous and professional, an added plus was to hear the story behind the photo! Packaging and shipping were perfect. read more

My wife an I went to Alan's gallery as we were walking Duval Street. His photography is amazing and really captures the essence of the keys. We found many pieces, but a couple that really spoke to us. We were fortunate enough to meet Alan in person and he spent time with us, explained some of his pieces and even took us back to when he shot the piece we purchased. He remembered the date several years back. I would highly recommend visiting his gallery and bringing home a great piece of art. We are excited to receive our piece. It is an experience we will never forget. read more

Alan is a remarkable artist from his "old florida" pictures to the wildlife! We have the privilege of owning 2 very large pictures of his Egrets and we have 2 more landscape on the way. Mary in the gallery has always been gracious and helpful anytime we pop in. If you have the opportunity while in Key West, the gallery is a "must do". If you ever meet Alan, you will not find a more genuine down to earth person full of joy for his creations. read more

Alan Maltz and the team at Alan Maltz Gallery created an experience that was every bit as memorable as the artwork itself. While visiting Key West over the year-end holiday season, we had no intention of purchasing art--but his gallery immediately caught our eye and drew us in. The collection is simply breathtaking. We ultimately purchased two pieces, and meeting Alan in person made the experience even more meaningful. He was gracious, engaging, and generous with his time, offering personal attention throughout the process and even signing the artwork we selected. We were especially appreciative of his hands-on support in coordinating with a local custom framing company to ensure we could successfully bring such a significant piece into our home. The entire experience felt thoughtful and seamless from start to finish. We highly recommend visiting Alan's gallery--either in person or online. It is well worth the time, and you may very well leave with something extraordinary. read more

When I purchase art, I want to personally meet and connect with the artist, learn the why and how of the creation, feel like I'm receiving fair value and experience joy with my investment! Alan delivered on all these points and I Highly Recommend him for fine art photography! Alan's work is highly respected and his gallery in an institution in Key West. He's an artist that loves his work but also cares about customer service and satisfaction .Alan stayed in touch with me for 7 years until I found the placement on my boat for 3 of his exceptional pieces. I love his art but I also love supporting this man who has made documenting Florida Keys beauty his mission in life and has created such a large body of beautiful and meaningful work. Alan is a treasure! read more

Husband and I wandered in while checking out the vast array of galleries and we were completely stunned by the beauty of Alan's work. Our home is approaching completion of a full gut reno and Alan has been nothing but patient these past 9 or 10 months, while I hemmed and hawed over which piece should go where and what it should be. He has the patience of a saint and has been nothing but a delight to work with. Was sent mock ups to see the size options and the actual piece in my space. Really helpful. I loved that Alan followed up with me every 4 or 5 weeks just to check in and see where we were at in our process. The whole experience has been an absolute delight, Alan is such a gentleman and a just a true pleasure to work with. His customer service is outstanding... I can't possibly imagine listening daily to dozens of couples discuss how a piece will look above their sofa, or on this wall, or that wall, and responding as if it's a new and refreshing conversation each time and offering such great suggestions... Lol... God bless you Alan! Alan, not only do you possess the eye of an angel and take the most amazing shots I've ever seen of all the beauty Florida has to offer, but you are an absolute class act. We've purchased two beautiful pieces and then went back and choose two more- can't wait until we can finally hang them and enjoy them every day. Thanks Alan! S&T read more

Serendipity. On our first trip to Key West, a few years after buying our condo with a view of the water, we stumbled across this gallery where the photos really caught our eye. We had been looking at galleries throughout the world for just that right piece to fill our living room wall. We found that photo in Alan's gallery that expressed our love of water, spoke to our lifestyle, and enhanced our decor. Alan and staff worked with us to get the right dimensions for a triptych to fill an entire wall. Alan is fun, friendly and genuine in working with clients, and so we really had a good experience. The very large prints were shipped to us and now pull together all the elements of our living room. This one experience really made Key West a place where we'd return in a heartbeat. The picture fills our heart when we aren't on a beach, a sailboat or some island somewhere in the world. read more

Always a fan of browsing through art and photo galleries, I read about this shop after first getting to town. The store has a beautiful collection of prints, on all different mediums - tin, matted, greeting cards, coasters or covering an entire wall! The customization options are really pretty great. I met Gail, who is so pleasant and friendly. She has a great knowledge of the artist and his work and is very professional. The pictures show the history of Florida along with the wildlife and of course the incredible sea and skies. The gallery has a second floor with more prints and a sale room in the back on the same level you should be sure to check out. A great place to discover a quality souvenir to commemorate your trip to The Keys. read more

There are a few photographer's galleries in Key West, but this one is the best. Mr. Maltz images are much more natural and realistic. Mr. Maltz took the time to chat with us and point out pieces that we might like based on our conversation. He told us where and when the shots were taken right down to the time of day. We purchased two, and we're thrilled to have these beautiful images for our home. read more

As we drove past this gallery one night in late April, I spotted a picture, "Clarity," hanging in the window. I was intrigued & returned the next day. Met Gail, who kindly showed me this photo along with several others. I had to give this purchase some thought, so after deliberating, I called and made my purchase. Gail was wonderful! She always returned my calls, and gave me updates on the status of my order. My photo arrived, beautifully packed, totally protected. I'm so happy to have Mr. Maltz's photo hanging on my wall! This gallery was a pleasure to deal with; their professionalism is impeccable. Do not hesitate to buy from them. read more
