Dr. Shapiro and his incredible staff did everything they could, with very little notice, to schedule me, help treat me, and follow up with me. In particular, Dr. Shapiro went to great lengths to ensure I was taken care of and that I found the right treatment. I was incredibly worried and anxious throughout this time, but he and his colleagues helped to keep me calm and make the situation bearable.
