THIS time, he replied with "I am busy and will call you back." Great. No problem. He didn't. I called a THIRD time and he replied, "I will call you back shortly." Great. No problem. Again, he didn't. So he's either REALLY BAD at his job, or he's just have a great time *messing* with potential clients. Either way, it's an awful look. The best advice I can give you is to AVOID BERMAN LAW GROUP as their qualification criteria leave much to be desired. I said I will need it sooner than that. I then received a Court decision the next day that made the need for the Trust mute. They then said they moved up the meeting date, which wasn't needed then. So they kept my $8,750 claiming they "did work for me" over the 24 hour period that was "moved up" instead of the 5 week wait. I have nothing. They did no work but insist on keeping all my money. I offered to pay for time spent , they refused. They kept my entire payment. My advice would be to not be as trusting and in hindsight "stupid" for paying up front an entire bill. My problem is I trust people, and this is an expensive lesson that I shouldn't have trusted the Siegel Law Group.
