After I answered all of the questions, he told me it would take about 2 weeks for him to get me a draft of everything. Well, it's less than a week and I have it all. He also sent along a thorough Q and A sheet about what I was reading. I do have some questions and was told to call the office once I have my list and someone would spend the time with me to explain so that I am comfortable with everything. Unfortunately, this year I have had to deal with two other lawyers and neither was as kind or as thorough. I felt very welcomed in his office and the staff is very friendly. They took the 1750 of the 3500 they quoted us for the summary administration and never sent the paperwork to sign over email. The same couple people answer the phone as I remember their voices and I've only talked to Robert twice. I contacted a local attorney to go through with summary administration and they sent the paperwork to sign, called me, emailed me the papers, set up an appointment, everything all without sending any money. This place takes, takes, takes, and takes more than they can process and does NOT care about you. Stay away.
