I called to set a surgery date and time after seeing him about a large ugly scar on my forehead that he said he could make better. you always have to leave a messag. My call was never returned. Called a couple of times and then finally gave up. I guess I was ghosted. I can't believe people in the medical "profession" would run their practice this way. I have a an appointment with another plastic surgeon in a couple of months. It's a very well run office and the staff is caring and responsive. read more

Dr Burke has been my ENT Doctor for almost a decade. He has performed 2 surgeries on me for deviated septum and other breathing difficulties. He and his staff are God sent in my opinion and I wouldn't go to any other Dr for my ENT needs. His bedside manner is great! read more

Okay Yelp team, I'm sorry to do this, but it is for your sake. My results are not what I had hoped for 5 months later. My right airway works great, my left nostril doesn't collapse, but I only get about 30% of air through my left airway. So instead of being able to barely breathe, I can breathe well through my right airway which is an improvement post surgery. However, from the day I was allowed to breathe post surgery, I told their office I cannot get the same amount of air through my left airway. They kept saying that it will improve with time, unfortunately it hasn't. Pretty disappointing to not get the results I wanted. Do I recommend them...I would say I wouldn't go back to them, but yes. They are professional and very good to work with. No surgery is 100%, but mine ended up not perfect. The issue I have, is them not addressing my concerns about only getting about 20-30% air through my left airway from the beginning. Now the only way to fix this is with another surgery. Maybe I should have gone to the Military docs from the beginning! Lame read more

I saw Dr Burke after another doctor misdiagnosed and botched my nose surgery. I wish I had seen him first. He did the absolute best surgery he could have and restored my breathing to about 80%, which was a big improvement. Dr Burke's chair side manner is fantastic. You couldn't ask for a kinder more caring doctor. I recommend without reservation. read more

I would not go by the negative reviews on here about Dr. Burke. He has been hands down one of the best doctors we have ever seen. His bedside manner is wonderful. He did extensive, complicated surgery on our son with amazing results. He is compassionate and thorough in his treatment. Highly recommend! read more

HORRIBLE experience, do NOT see Dr. Burke! First let me start by saying he has the WORST bedside manner I've ever seen (and I've seen a lot of doctors). Waiting time was extremely long, and then all he did was give me the worst case scenarios (basically scaring me), gave me a high dose of prednisone and then wouldn't answer any of my questions I had about the horrible side effects I was having due to the prednisone. And anytime I called to ask him questions while on the medication his nurse would have to call me back only to tell me that he couldn't give me an answer to my question and that I could always go see my PCP. Are you serious? What good is a doctor if all they do is prescribe you a seriously high dosage of strong medication but can't answer any of your concerns or questions about it? But yet any other doctor I've been to in the past has no problems addressing my concerns and making me feel comfortable in their decisions. Instead during one of my follow up visits he decides to tell me that one of his patients went psychotic and was telling people to admit him to a hospital because of the side effects of the prednisone Dr. Burke had him on! So I was already emotional (as a side effect), then when I hear this scary news, my eyes start tearing up and u know he didn't even have the decency to offer me a tissue that was sitting right there on his desk?! I had to ask him myself for a freaking tissue!! I will never refer anyone to this doctor, he shouldn't even be a doctor in my opinion. read more

The only problem I have is when you call to set up an appointment you have to call several times, you can never speak to any one and when you call voice mail message come on and say that your call will be answered in the matter that it was received I call at 9:30am this morning and now it is 3:06pm and still no one have called me back I don't know if they are just that busy or they had a lot of people in front of me to call I'm not happy read more

Dr. Burke himself was ok, but had a horrible experience with getting his nurse to call me back. I would have to leave two messages and then call the front office staff to get a response. This happened several times. I had to switch doctors b/c the lack of response or care about me as a patient. I will say my new doctor was much more responsive and actually talked to my husband after my second surgery when Dr. Burke just called my husband after my first surgery. read more
